[Possible future] I don't want to be alone

Cinaed rolled his eyes and pulled out a pair of black slacks that'd fit quite snugly to his surprisingly muscular thighs. He sized them up before slinging them over his arm. Why not have just one outfit that fit him properly?

He stepped to the next row over, the mother of all sewater collections.

He was home.

After a few minutes Luka came running back, a small bundle of clothes in his hands.

"These should fit you, don't argue yet, just try them on first."

He hand managed to keep to his brother's demands, only button downs.

He had found a plaid button down and rolled up the sleeves a little, plus a shirt for him to wear under it.

And to finish it all off, a pair of black skinny jeans which he was sure Cina would bitch about.

Cinaed looked over his brothers choice and picked up the jeans.

"No tee. No tartan. Seriously, I'll look like a wimpy lumberjack." Cinaed picked up a pale blue button down from a rack.

He wasn't compromising any more.

"Find a good sweater to go with this." He held up the jeans and the button down, then made his way towards the changing room.

"Yeah you wish you were a wimpy lumberjack, it would he easier to get a date."

He grumbled before searching for a decent sweater to go with what he had chosen instead.

"This one?"

He asked, holding up a simple sweater that buttoned up at the front, he could leave it open and it would look alright with what he had.

Cina gave a half shrug. It wasn't like he was dying to get a date.

The Wolf stripped then pulled on the new clothes. His lip twitched as he buttoned up the skinny jeans.

"Shit, Luka, these are strangling me." How did Luka deal with wearing clothes so tight? They showcased everything. Like seriously, it was like he'd just painted them on.

He kicked open the door as he was button up the shirt.

"Does this meet your seal of approval?"

"They stretch as you wear 'em"

Was his simple reply, they were tight right after washing them but after wearing them for an hour or so they got more comfortable.

"It's better."

He nodded, not exactly what he had in mind, but close enough, now to fix the hair and one day, those stupid grandpa glasses.

"Let's go pay then."

He pushed up the seelves of the shirt and began towards the check-out counter. After a quick chat and showing off what he had bought, he paid and the two were out of there.

"Where do you get your hair cut? I still get Aunty Lex to cut mine for me." Lex did it for free and never did a terrible job so he just sorta relied on her.

"Of course Aunty Lex still cuts your hair, the woman hasn't had a hair cut in like 100 years...."

Give or take.

Not that her hair looked bad, but he wanted his hair cut by and actual hairdresser.

"There is a barber a few blocks down."

He replied nodding in the direction.

"She cuts Jems and Rosa's just fne, doesn't she? Don't need to have it done to you to be able to do it good."

Cinaed ruffled his hair, a little nervously.

"You really think changing up my clothes a little and getting a haircut is going to get me noticed?"

"True."

She cut most of the little kids hair, mainly because she was so good at keeping them calm enough to sit still, now that everyone had grown up they kind of just kept with what they knew.

"Last time I complimented you I got made fun of."

He reminded, raising an eyebrow at Cina.

"You've got a nice face, and a brain to match, I think a little tweak here and there will get people looking at you and once you have their attention your words will work wonders."

He had no doubt of what Cina would be capable of once he had a little more confidence.

"I'm your brother. I'm supposed to make fun of you."

Cina brushed his hair out of his face nervously again then stepped into the barbers.

"After this, to the library, right?" His green eyes lit up a little at the thought of possibly actually meeting someone, though he fiddled with the sleeves of his shirt nervously.

"Promise."

He wouldn't put Cina through any more discomfort for the day, a hair cut, then they would go to the library to see if the little make over worked.

"Look through the book and see if there are any you actually like."

He added as they took a seat in the waiting area, tossing Cina a book of different style, he'd find out what Cina liked then refine it from there.

Cinaed held the book awkwardly.

"Luka, I haven't had my hair cut into any actual style since I was the same height as Mom." He held out the book to his brother. "I said I'm trusting you and I am."

His lips twitched upwards a little. "Just remember the consequences, buzz."

A smirk curled at his lips as he took the book from Cina and had a quick flick through.

"Got it."

He decided before shutting the book before Cina could see, getting up to go talk to the barber, pointing out his brother as he spoke to the man.

"So you think you can do anything for my brother's style?"

"Really, now you're going to keep it a secret from me?"

Cina stuck his tongue out at his brother. "Dick."

The teen crossed his arms over his chest and leant back in his seat, feeling rather nervous. He raised one arm to run his hand through his mop before turning it to cross over his chest.

"You can see it when it's done."

Cina had decided not to give creative input so now it was going to be a surprise.

"Get your butt in the cutting chair so he can fix that hair of yours."

He was excited now, Cina was going to look great.

"Yeah, sure. Whatever."

His foot lashed out to kick Luka's leg as he passed his twin and took a seat in the chair. He shifted around a little before he got comfortable.

Or, as comfortable as he could with his arms crossed over his chest as his body tense and nervous.

He chewed on the inside of his cheek as he reached to pull his glasses off his nose.

"Don't be nervous, it's hair, it will grow back if you don't like it."

He would just have to deal with a grumpy Cina for a few months, joy.

With that the barber got to work, brushing out Cina's hair before spraying it damp and taking his scissors to the mess of curls.

"Yeah, so will yours," Cina snorted softly, then made a buzzing noise.

He was going to hold that threat over his brother for a while.

"Shit, how much is he cutting off?" he hissed quietly, his wide eyes turning up to his brother as large clumps of red dropped to the floor.

He was losing a lot of hair.

"Don't move your head, idiot or you might lose and ear. Then I'll start calling you Helen Keller."

It was a fair amount of hair coming off but it needed to go, Cina hid behind it too much, he wouldn't be giving his brother that option any more.

"It's gonna look good, I hope."

"You hope?!"

His green eyes narrowed into a hard glare, but he didnt fight any more, just let the barber cut off all his hair.

It, thankfully, wasn't long before it was done and he could slide glasses onto his nose again.

"Holy...shit." What happened to all his hair?

Luka grimaced a little as Cina swore but he stepped forward to get a good look at the finished product.

A smile slowly spread across his face.

Cina looked.....well for lack of a better word, hot.

"What the fuck, Cina."

He laughed, running his hands through it as he slicked it back, if it wasn't for his glasses he would have people swooning like this.

His hands hovered over his hair like he was afriad to touch it. "Shit, man."

It actually looked good.

And his head felt so much lighter. It was weird.

He nudged Luka. "Pay the man and then we can get to the library. I wanna see if they have any more Kresley Cole there."

"Sure thing, nerd."

He replied, handing the barber a few notes before whisking his brother out of the store.

Luka was eager to see if people reacted will with Cina's new hairstyle.

"Mum is going to do a double take when we get home."

He looked completely different to how he had left the house.

"I'm gonna blame you for corrupting me. I'm younger than you and totally impressionable."

He elbowed his brother with a grin as the two made their way towards the library.

"So what's our POA?"
