[possible future][M] Suspension

"Cinaed, I know you're not giving me the whole story and that teacher was lying through his teeth."

Cina wasn't lying, he could tell that much but he also knew that Cinaed didn't start fights.

"A group of popular kids started harassing Cina, accusing him of being gay, that asshole got physical when Cina didn't react and ignored him. Called him a fennel and started shaking him around like a rag doll. No one even bothered to fucking stand up for him."

Luka murmured out, still glaring down at the ground, he was pissed off and he always just glared a hole in something when he was trying to calm down. Cina could be mad at him for telling what had actually happened, he wasn't going to tip toe around it.

Cin's hand lashed out to deliver a quick punch to Luka before his hand searched out his brothers. They were doing well with not being the twins who were contantly touching and only talked to each other, but occasionally they did need physical contact.

"It was nothing," Cina dismissed. "Just elitist kids being idiots again."

He didn't want to make this a big deal.

"Can we just go home?"

Luka gave a small grunt when he was punched but didn't resist when Cina's hand searched his out, giving it a small reassuring squeeze.

"Cina..."

Luka muttered, leaning against his brother.

"If we can't even tell our own parents this sort of shit..."

Then they only had each other, it was alright to open up to other people. They had this huge supportive family and only confided in one another.

He didn't want Cina just bottling it all up.

"You can tell me Cinaed."

Zeke prompted, he wanted his sons to trust him.

"It's nothing," Cina insisted, giving his brother's hand a little squeeze.

"Really. Just kids being kids. It happens to everyone at some point in their lives." He shrugged his shoulders, but still didn't look up at his dad.

"I just wanna get home and get through mom being disappointed in us."

"Fuck this."

Luka growled, his temper flaring again.

"Luka, watch you mouth."

"No, this is fucking ridiculous!

Some asshole can just come up to him, throwing around like he's a piece of meat and because I lost it when I caught him doing it and broke his fucking tooth they punish both of us!?

They try to fucking make Cina the villain when he's the victim, being bullied and pushed around because they KNOW he wont fight back and they think he's different.

Fuck that asshole, fuck the gym teacher and fuck this whole god damn school!"

Luka was fuming and by the end of his rant he was gripping Cina's hand firmly, panting in anger.

Zeke's eyes were wide, he hadn't expected that outburst and more than that he hadn't expected what he was being told.

Instead of snapping back like they would have been expecting them to he stepped forward and pulled both his sons in, holding them against his chest and a firm hug, pressing a kiss to the tops of their foreheads, which quelled Luka's rage quickly.

"I'm so proud of the two of you."
Zeke muttered softly, squeezing them just a little tighter.

"Luka," Cina murmured softly as his brother ranted angrily. He squeezed his brothers hand tightly as his own was squeezed, hard enough that it'd break the hand of an ordinary human.

"Luka, it happens! And at least you didn't get punished too much, Soon you'll be back playing whatever stupid sports you really enjoy." The youngest Lycan smiled encouragingly. He was pleased over that fact. He was glad that Luka would be back to playing sports in less than a month.

Cina was shocked that he was pulled into a hug, but he was quick to wrap his arms around his brother and dad, smiling against his dads chest when the top of his head was kissed and he was squeezed tighter.

"I'll talk to you mother and sort all of this out. School is important and I'm not happy about the two of you being suspended, but, you were in the right Luka and Cina, you did nothing wrong whatsoever.

Family trumps everything and to see you boys sticking up for one another even if it comes at a personal loss means more than anything to me."

He gave a smile and let the boys go, grinning down at them, a proud father.

"Now, since you two are being wrongly punished I think it's only fair that we make the most of these few weeks.

First things first, lets go get ice-cream then we'll head home and explain all this to your mother."

Cina's eyes lit up, in exatly the same way as his mothers did when she was excited, at the mention of ice cream.

"Hey, do you remember our eighth birthday?" Cina bit his lip to try and hide his wide grin. "And Uncle Aodh took us out to the ice cream shop and hopped us up on these huge bowls of ice cream and chocolate and sugar?"

A little giggle left him. "And we decided - well, you decided that Uncle Aeker needed an ice cream bath." His gaze turned up to Zeke. "And you and Uncle Aodh thought it was so funny that you helped us?"

Poor Aeker had ended up covered in melted cream and chocolate sauce.

Zeke ushered the boys into the car and climbed in himself, chuckling at Cinaed's story.

Luka laughed and nodded.

"Looking back on it I bet Uncle Aodh had that planned the entire time, who buys an eight year old a bowl of ice-cream as big as they are?"

They were doted on a lot when they were little, too many uncle, aunts and great grandfathers who liked to treat them.

"Aeker was bitching about that for the entire afternoon and Lex couldn't stop laughing."

Zeke replied.

"He did the same with Darragh, Jem and Rosa. Uncle Spiro was just unlucky enough to have to deal with that."

Cina bit his lip and turned his gaze to Luka. "Anata wa Aodh to Lex wa sono yoru, subete no aisukurīmu to chokorēto o tanoshinda to omoimasu ka?" he chuckled softly.

He could defintiely see Aodh planning this for them to enjoy like that.

"You think they still have that ban on us? Their ice cream was the best and we havent been back since then."

Luka nearly choked on a laugh at Cina's question, nodding at the thought.

Yep, it was just like Uncle Aodh to use that mess as something fun.

"We'll have to see, hopefully not because that's where we're heading."

It was the boy's favourite and no other place compared. Surely ten years later they would have gotten over it by now.

It didn't take long and they were pulling into the car park.

"Lets try our luck."

Zeke muttered as he climbed out of the car.

"They'll probably remember the weird twins and the man that has more tattoos than skin," Cina pointed out, but he jumped out of the car eagerly and followed after his father.

He adjusted his glasses on his nose as the three of them entered. It had hardly changed at all since they had been kids. He was hit in the face with good memories and he could help but smile.

"It'd be cool to work here." His eyes immediately scanned the bar area, looking for an advertisement. "Think theyre hiring?"

"Wouldn't hurt to ask."

Luka padded over to the displays, checking out all the different flavors, there were so many that he remembered, and a few he hadn't seen before.

"You think you get free ice-cream if you work here?"

He asked with a laugh, that would make it worth it in his eyes.

"Get what ever you want boys, my treat."

Zeke cut in, scanning the menu for something for himself and a treat to bring home for Moe.

"Look, there's green tea flavour. She'd like that, if you could keep it from being eaten on the trip home." Green tea flavour was one of Moe's favourites.

After having done his good deed by pointing out something for mom, Cina returned to looking over the menu.

"That." He pressed his finger against the display photo on the menu. The chocolate sundae that was supposed to be for an entire family to share. Cina would be able to eat it all without filling himself up. He turned puppy eyes up at his father. "Please?"

"Keen eyes."

Zeke commented as he looked at the green tea ice-cream, it didn't appeal to him but Moe would definitely enjoy it.

He laughed at what Cinaed had picked.

"I did say what ever you wanted didn't it..."

He had to keep to his word on that.

"Alright but you if make yourself sick or your Mum tells you off for ruining your appetite, it's on you."

Luka took the chance to pick something equally as ridiculous, instead going for the double Choc-chip cookie dough ice-cream sundae with brownie pieces on top and caramel drizzle.

Zeke ordered the ice-creams, getting Moe's in a little tub so he didn't have to worry about it dripping everywhere as well as getting a tub for himself, and of course, the boys' monstrosities.

Cina eyed Luka's choice before his eyes flickered up to his brother.

"Trade bites?" he offered hopefully. They could share food, hopeully, maybe. They were wolves, though, and quite possesive over their food.

It might turn into an all out ice cream war, but the chance to settle it nicely was now.

Lets hope Luka was in a good enough mood to share.

Luka eyed Cina for a moment, debating his answer.

"You can have four scoops of my ice-cream, not allowed to dig for cookie dough pieces and you can have two brownie chunks, I get to have five scoops of yours."

He negotiated, his looked freaking good but he wanted to taste Cina's as well, his brother's ice-cream was huge.

"Come on, you can fight about it in the car, but don't spill any, I wanna get this to Moe before it melts."

He added, holding up their Mother's tub of green tea ice-cream.

"I want at least one cookie dough piece." That was non-negotiable. He wanted the cookie dough.

"You can have five scoops and maybe the cherry if Im feeling generous at the end." He always saved teh cherry till the end and then decided what to do with it. Usually he swallowed it in one bite. He loved cherries.

"Yes, dad." Holding his large ice cream, Cina grinned as he followed after his dad. It was great to get this ice cream again.

Maybe today wasn't going to be as terrible as he ahd thought it would be in the cafeteria.

"Fine, one cookie dough piece, if you don't get any with the ice-cream."

The cookie dough was all through the ice-cream so the chances on not getting any in four scoops was slim.

Luka debated trying to wobble Cina as he carried his ice-cream but though it best not to.

With the negotiations over he climbed into the car carefully, getting into the back with Cina so they could share.

Zeke started it up and as soon as the boy's were packed in he carefully placed his and Moe's tubs on the floor and headed back home.

"Anata wa, watashi ga kare no seki ni ikutsu ka no aisukurīmu o otoshita baai wa otōsan ga dorekurai ikatteiru to omoimasu ka?" he asked as he dug into the cream on top of the masses of ice cream he had.

The cream always went first.

It always managed to get on his lips, too. Whipped cream was always messy in Cina's hands.

He gazed out of the window as his father drove, quite happily eating away at the cream.

He straightened in his seat and knocked on the window to draw the attention of someone walking along the pavement. He licked the cream off his upper lip as he waved to Nate.

Luka smirked at that question.

"Dad, Cina spilled cream on the seat."

"WHAT!" Zeke growled immediately.

That caused Luka to burst into laughter, he shoved his spoon into his sundae.

"That angry."

Nate looked up as someone was knocking, a smile gracing his lips as he saw Cinaed, waving back as he bit the inside of his lip, that boy had a devilish little mouth.

Cina grinned at Nate and raised his hand to his ear in the universal 'call me' sign. He'd like to spend the evening chatting to Nate over the phone. It'd be nice to vent his shitty on the guy that he was sort of seeing.

"Luka, you're such a shit," he growled, turning his attention away from Nate so he could kick his brother.

"I didn't dad, promise."

He glared at his brother and mouthed 'little bitch' to him.

Nate nodded as they passed, moments later Cinaed's phone buzzed.

I'll call you tonight, once I get home.

Luka just laughed more loudly as he was hit and scolded, sitting back and eating, satisfied in his mischief.

Zeke huffed as they drove toward the mansion, he loved his car and hated it getting dirty.

Cina pouted and stuck his tongue out at his brother. "It was always you that got his car dirty in the face place."

He leaned over and took a huge scoop of ice cream, worth at least two scoops. It had at least two small bits of cookie dough in it, too.

"Yumm," he said with his mouth full as he leaned back to protect his own ice cream.

Luka growled at the large scoop and curled around his sundae protectively, shoveling more into his mouth.

"No more for you."

He grunted, glaring at his brother, he wasn't going to share if Cina was going to break the rules.

Zeke simply laughed softly in the front seat as the two bickered, driving up the road that lead to the mansion.
