[C] Supernatural Meeting

Alyosha's attention turned up to the door when he heard the soft curse of his boyfriend.

Joy.

This was going to be...interesting. He could already hear the snide remarks coming from him.

"Fuck off." Alyosha picked up a cushion and tossed it at Maks.

Miz quickly scooted away from Lyo when he saw the other come in.

He didn't like this one all ready. Coming in and disturbing their little moment. And worst off he could barely understand him too.

Stupid Russian language.

"Who's he?" He asked, looking at Lyo with his big blue eyes.

Maks laughed as the pillow was tossed at him, blocking it rather easily.

"Careful, you'll spill my beer."

He scolded with a chuckle as he took another generous gulp, purring as it slid down his throat.

"I hope you're not paying much for that one, he is damaged, unless you're into that sort of thing..."

He muttered, raising an eyebrow at Lyo, it wasn't the first time one of them had brought someone else home to play with, or paid to play with.

After Lyo pestering him for so long, Maks had learned a fair amount of English and spoke it well enough, though his accent was really thick.

"I'm Maks, you?"

"My boyfriend," Alyosha replied.

The Russian man rolled his eyes at Mak's comment, picking up another cushion and aiming specifically for the bottle in Maks' hand.

"He was attacked. I saved him from them." They were another gang in the area. One the Mafia weren't too pleased with. Alyosha didn't really know if those kids were part of the gang, but it would at least get Maks to step off on bugging Miz.

Especially with what he said next.

"Pests dealt with."

Maks would be far more excited about Lyo having dealt with a threat outside of hours than anything to do with Miz.

Paying. Mizraim understood that word.

"I.. I don't have money." He tried to explain. He didn't want this to be awkward, but he honestly didn't have a coin to his name. Just the clothes on his back... which now weren't even his, as they were Lyo's as well.

This one was the one that Lyo had chosen for a mate? He wouldn't have guessed that.

A small smirk curled at Maks' lips, spreading into a full grin as the man finished talking, laughing happily.

"You dealt with pests? Without being made to? Lyo, darling, I am most impressed."

He replied with a chuckle as he got up, padded over to the man and perched himself in Lyo's lap, gripping his chin and pulling him into a deep kiss.

There was something about kissing and touching Lyo after he had shown brutality to another that always sent a thrill through Maks.

The man chuckled as he looked over at the child.

"Don't want your money."

He replied, his accent heavy and thick with each word he spoke.

"Thought you were..."

Maks paused for a second, chewing on his pierced lip as he tried to think of the word in English.

"Prostituierte."

He replied in German, after the word would not come to him.

Prostitute

The man rolled his eyes as Maks smiled and laughed. He was used to Maks being excited over suffering and death. He felt more exasperated than pissed off at the man now.

Maks wasn't best known for showing compassion and, though Lyo was slowly losing his compassion, he did still feel something for people.

The exasperation melted away as Maks perched in his lap. His arms wrapped around the man's slim waist and he returned the kiss eagerly.

The younger Rus was attracted by danger. It was something that Lyo pretended like he didn't understand. His hands slid slowly, gently up Mak's back. These gentle touches always excited Maks. Maks knew just how rough these hands could be and feeling them so gentle always got him thinking of those rough acts he'd committed.

The blond man slapped Maks upside his head and gave a soft sigh, his exasperation returning full-force.

"He's not a prostitute. He was almost a rape victim. Leave the kid alone. Just top talking. It's safer for everyone."

His blue gaze turned to Miz then. "I'm sorry for him. I will keep him on tighter leash."

Miz's pale cheeks flushed red when the two men started showing such affection in front of him.

Thousands of years had made it so that the demon was no prude. But he wasn't used to watching it. He was used to being in the middle of it.

And consensual intimacy was still something that was...foreign to him. It made him feel uneasy to witness.

And a little jealous.

It was something he knew he could never have.

His head hung in shame when he heard the Russian word for prostitute. That was easy enough to understand.

He swallowed and refused to make eye contact, out of pure shame.

"no..I..I should maybe... go somewhere else..." Miz said... and he was surprised at how vulnerable and sad his voice sounded... without trying to.

It was as if the longer he was in this body, the more human he really did become.

He got up and plodded over to the door, unlocking it and quickly leaving. He closed the door to the apartment and just stood there. He didn't know where to go... and he was wearing Lyo's clothes.

A huge emptiness filled the boy.

Stupid.

He'd started to convince himself that maybe he could stay with Lyo, that Lyo could be like a protective big brother to him.

He was so desperate to have someone... anyone... he ignored the fact that this man had a job, a boyfriend... he had a life... and Miz was a fool to think he could just walk and become a part of it.

A shiver ran up his body as Lyo stroked him gently, knowing that no one else got this gentle affection from the man, knowing that these hands would sooner strangle the life out of someone than offer a sweet caress made him excited to receive such tenderness.

Maks' cocky smiled wavered slightly as Lyo spoke and Miz stumbled over his words.

They pressed into a hard line as the child hurried for the door.

"Drama queen."

He accused with an annoyed grumble shaking his head, no doubt Lyo would blame him for the child running off, and would scold him soon after.

The younger man rose up from Lyo's lap and padded over to the door, pulling it open and eyeing the boy who had only just made it outside.

"Got no where to go now, da?"

He muttered, shaking his head as he pursed his lips and folded his arms over his chest.

Maks wasn't known for his kindness or generosity, normally he had none, but Lyo was going to beat the living shit out of him if he scared this kid off.

"Come back inside, Lyo will look after you, you can sleep on couch."

It was getting dark and the cold outside at the moment was brutal.

Alyosha's expression turned grave as he watched the cocky smile fade from Mak's lips.

Even Maks, in his infinite lack of morals, felt bad for a child rape victim.

The man's eyes snapped to Miz as the boy began to stumble and stutter, his hair raising to reach out to him when the boy stood up. he couldn't do anything more than that with Maks in his lap.

When the door shut, his gaze immediately turned to Maks and it was not happy.

He was shocked, though, when Maks stood up. His foot lashed out when Maks started walking away, connecting with the younger man's thigh. He hoped that left a nice nasty bruise.

The man moved to lay on the couch, rolling over so he was facing the back of the couch. Sulking.

He was worried for the kid, but from that sad expression and the stuttered words, Alyosha highly doubted that the boy would return. He didn't want to force him to be here.

Miz went back and forth from feeling an intense sadness to feeling nothing at all.

The apartment wasn't the nicest of places. The hallway was cold, dimly lit, and over all very dreary.

The boy couldn't bring himself to look at Maks.

He said nothing, just slide down the wall so he was sitting.

His blue eyes looked hollow.

He wasn't mad at Maks. This wasn't Mak's fault. He was mad at himself for allowing himself to feel even a glimmer of hope for something better then the lonely, horrible life he lived.

But when it came down too it, Maks was right... he was just a thing for sex.

"I'll stay here." He finally said. There was no emotion in his voice.

"Staying here is dangerous."

He muttered, his words coming slowly as he took his time translating each one into English.

"Come inside, is okay."

He added, he wasn't use to having to ask people for things, least of all having his attempts of being nice shut down.

Maks gave a soft sigh and moved to sit down beside the boy.

"You like Lyo?"

He asked, he wasn't mad, it just seemed that they were getting cozy before he walked in.

Dangerous?

What could be more dangerous than Uriel?

Nothing.

Mizraim wasn't expecting Maks to sit down beside him.

He swallowed, feeling the sadness again, threatening the numbness inside.

He shrugged in response.

He could see himself liking Lyo very very much. The man had shown him genuine kindness, he had taken him in and cared for him, even after seeing how terrible Miz's life was.

But the demon didn't want to let himself care for anyone. If he did he'd lose them.

The boy bit his bottom lip. Tears welled in his eyes and he hung his head, trying to let his blond bangs over his eyes so that Maks couldn't see.

He shivered, though it wasn't just from the cold weather.

"Just come back inside, Lyo will be upset if you don't."

And he would get one hell of a beating for it, he already got kicked for his attitude toward the boy, he wanted to make it right to above all hell breaking loose.

"Not gonna force you, but you got nothing to lose staying for the night."

He added with a little shrug.

Miz nodded his head reluctantly and then stood up.

He still wouldn't look at Maksim in the eye.

He didn't want to make the mistake of establishing any sort of connection with the man.

All that would do would hurt him.

"Cool."

Maks replied as the boy nodded and stood up, he stood as well and opened the apartment door, holding it open for Miz.

"If you're hungry we can order some food."

Maks murmured as he closed the door behind them and padded back into the living room, looking over at the sulking Alyosha and rolling his eyes.

Ah, that's right.

Maks didn't know that Miz was a blood-sucking demon. Human food did little to sustain him.

Miz shook his head no.

He had been so exhausted he'd forgotten that he was feeling a bit hungry.

Maybe he could steal Lyo away and drink from him without Maks noticing.

Or maybe Lyo didn't give a single fuck if Maks saw a weird little kid sucking his blood. They did seem to have a "different" kind of relationship.

Alyosha continued to lay quietly.

His breath came in gentle movements that raised his broad shoulders slightly.

The man looked like he was still sulking, though he had fallen asleep rather quickly after laying down.

The man was tired. This had been quite an exhausting event.

Maks snorted a laugh as he looked at Lyo.

"Old man, fallen asleep."

He chuckled, glancing down at the boy for a moment for picking up a cushion and ditching it at the man.

He had been dealing with the drama Lyo had brought home only for the man to fall asleep?

As if he was going to let that slide.

Miz looked at Lyo fondly.  

Such a big, strong man, and he was sleeping like a child all curled up on the couch.  

Miz understood why.  They'd both been through a lot the last 24 hours.  

The boy stood there awkwardly, not sure what to do now.

At least it was a bit warmer now, being inside.

Alyosha woke with a start as the cushion met with his back.

He half rolled over so he was hanging off the couch, glaring up at Maks with sleep hazed eyes.

"Fuck you, you fucking asshole," he grunted.

Then he rolled back over to attempt to fall back asleep again.

He was too tired for this shit.

"You're the one who brought the child over, I stopped him from running off but I don't know what to do with him now."

Maks hissed back, crossing his arms over his chest before sighing heavily, Lyo was such a dick.

"You can sleep on other couch."

He muttered looking down at the kid before padding into the bedroom, walking out holding Lyo's pillow and a blanket.

"Here."

He grunted, passing them to the kid and point toward the smaller couch.

Miz looked at the pillows and blankets with a confused expression. It was morning, and Miz wasn't sleepy.

He glanced out the window.

"Uhh.." He shrugged and snuggled up under the blankets, looking up at Maks. If Maks wanted him to do something he'd go ahead and do it, since the man was showing him kindness.

A loud banging knock came at the door.

"Oii, Maks, Lyo!"

The banging continued without break or pause. Daniil was not known for being quiet.

"Guuuys!"

More banging. "Guys, I know you're in."

Maks groaned when he heard knocking at the door, great.

He trudged over to the door and unlocked it, pulling it open.

"Yo."

Maks muttered as he ran a hand through his tangled mess of hair.

Right now all he wanted to do was eat, watch television and not much else.

"Whats up?"
