[C] Supernatural Meeting

Alyosha sat down on the couch and held Miz in his lap.

His eyes slid shut as he leaned back on the couch, fingers weaving gently through the boy's hair.

He was tired.

And Miz was already asleep.

The two could get cleaned up properly tomorrow.

When Miz awoke, there was a moment he didn't remember who Lyo was or what had happened. The boy had a moment of panic before it all came flooding back to him.

His cheeks grew red when he remembered the traumatizing events of the night before. And yet Lyo still held him. He didn't seem repulsed by him or even afraid of him. He held him protectively, like a man would hold his child or brother.

The demon cuddled in closer to the blond Russian man, feeling a glimmer of warmth deep inside his otherwise jaded, cold heart.

Alyosha had fallen asleep leant against the back of the couch holding Miz in his lap.

His head was tilted back, exposing his throat as he snored softly.

When Miz nuzzled closer to him, the human gave a snort and pulled the Demon closer.

A loud snore sounded from him before he settled down again.

Miz couldn't help but giggle a bit at Lyo's snoring. He snuggled in close and leaned his head on the human's chest, hearing his steady heartbeat.

He reached up and tickled his fingers along Lyo's neck, just testing the way it felt to the touch. He caressed the man's adam apple, wondering what it was like to have one of those. He'd never get one, well, at least not a very big one. All thanks to stupid Uriel.

The human snorted another soft snore as the Demon's fingers stroked against his neck.

The gentle touches slowly roused him from his sleep.

His blue eyes blinked open hazily and he stared up at the ceiling for a few long moments as he tried to piece together what had happened and why he was here instead of in bed.

It took a moment of him to notice the weight in his lap and he lifted his head so he could gaze down at Miz sleepily.

Slowly everything came back to him as he gazed at the boy.

Miz blinked a few times and smiled weakly at Alyosha.

"S-sorry I woke you up." He stumbled, feeling guilty. He wasn't sure if after sleeping on it Lyo would still want him around, after witnessing everything he had last night.

The human lifted a hand to rub at his eye tiredly.

"Are you okay after sleep?" Lyo asked around a soft yawn.

He shifted Miz off his lap and stood, heading towards the bathroom. He left the door open as he unzipped his pants. He really needed a piss.

"You can shower soon. Get rid of blood."

Miz took his coat off and scratched his arm, unknowingly making some dried blood peel off. He bit his lip and quickly stopped as soon as he realized what he was doing.

He sat still on the couch, not daring to move too much until Lyo told him what to do.

The human gave a soft, pleased moan as he emptied his bladder.

He shook himself off, flushed and washed his hands before padding back into the living room, pulling his jeans back up and fastening them around his hips.

"Want a shower?" Alyosha asked, tilting his head back towards the bathroom.

Being covered in dried blood was less than comfortable. The boy probably wanted a good hot shower more than anything else right now.

Mizraim cringed when Lyo asked him if he wanted a shower. It wasn't intentional. But the last man that had "cared" for him would often offer him that as a way to get him to take his clothes off.

After what happened last night, Miz was pretty sure that Lyo wasn't going to try anything, unless the Russian wanted a death wish.

But still, certain triggers made the boy flinch and cringe even when he knew he didn't have to be worried.

He nodded his blond, matted hair, caked with the child molester's blood.

He stood up and padded over to Lyo, not making eye contact. He was still mortified that the man saw him get abused like he had.

Closing the door behind him, he undressed himself, making sure to avoid looking at his reflection. He really hated seeing himself in the mirror. His appearance was weak, human, disabled. And somehow his severed arm burned whenever he looked at it in a mirror.

He hopped into the shower and closed the curtain, turning on the water and letting out a soft sigh of relief as it cleansed his skin. He had it turned on as hot as it would go, wanting to feel it burn his human flesh.

After he was nice and clean, he turned the water off and wrapped himself up in a few towels. He didn't want to put his bloody clothes back on.

Timidly he sneaked out of the bathroom to find Lyo again and see what the man thought he should do.

The cringing didn't escape Lyo's notice.

Poor kid had had a really rough life from the looks of it.

Alyosha's heart went out to him.

When the boy padded towards him, he reached out to ruffle his matted hair gently.

"Go get clean."

When Miz disappeared into the bathroom, Lyo disappeared into his bedroom, wading through all the crap in the room to get to his wardrobe.

He pulled it open and rifled through it until he found a shirt too small to fit his large frame. That and a pair of boxers would have to do for the boy for now.

He wished he could offer more to him.

When Miz found that Lyo had thought ahead and had a pair of clothes set out for him all ready, a unexpected stirring came into his chest.

His eyes teared up and he found that he was about to cry.

He couldn't explain it, but something about Lyo's kindness made the boy emotional.

He hid his face, hoping that Lyo wouldn't notice. He slipped the shorts on before letting the towel around his waist drop, being sure to be modest. He then fitted the soft cotton shirt, which was a bit big on his small frame.

He felt so comfortable, here in this apartment in a dark side of the city on a cold Russian day.

Life was funny like that.

In the most hopeless of places he was given a friend.

Alyosha leaned over the couch to give Miz a smile when he appeared from the bathroom.

But when Miz picked up the clothes, he averted his gaze and turned back to the TV to give the boy his privacy.

"Are clothes okay?" he asked after a few moments.

They probably drowned the boy in folds. He was huge compared to Mizraim and though that shirt was small for him, it would still be huge for Miz.

Miz wiped his eyes and nodded his head, padding over and sitting down next to Alyosha.

He forced a smile to his youthful face, a way of showing gratitude to the man.

"Thank you for everything." He said softly.

Lyo reached out to ruffled Miz's damp hair when he perched next to him.

"Is fine."

He smiled down at the boy.

"I am happy to help. I will do what I can to help."

"Most human's aren't like that." He said somberly. Normally he guarded the fact that he wasn't human. Uriel had been quiet upset at him the last time he did that and manipulated the clan of Vikings all those many years ago.

But there was no use hiding it now from Lyo. He'd seen everything, from his morbid purpose to his macabre violence. The basic set up for his miserable existence.

Sure Lyo didn't know that Miz was actually thousands of years old, or what exactly Miz was. But it was pretty damn clear the boy was no child of mankind.

"Most don't know what it's like to be in a bad position."

Alyosha had been treated well for most of his childhood, but he'd had bad stints.

There were times when everything fell to shit.

And he wouldn't want people treating him like shit when he was like that, so he wouldn't treat people like shit when they were feeling low.

Miz got a confused look to his youthful face.

"You know, if you didn't reek of human flesh, I'd think that you were something else too. Normally people who witness something like what happened last night don't react so calm. At the very least they have questions." He thought all of this out-loud, not having much of a filter at the moment.

"I've seen gruesome shit before."

His boyfriend had put him through shit that he couldn't unsee. There was no use freaking out about it all.

Staying calm and dealing with it rationally was always the best way forward.

Alyosha sort of lived by that rule.

It went beyond gruesome. It was unreal. Whatever Alyosha had seen to cause him to be so calm had to have been callousing, horrific even.

Miz furrowed his brow in thought. It was probably hallucinogens. This man most likely took part in the human rituals of taking drugs to escape reality, and in some of the trips it must have gotten bad.

That was the only thing that made sense to the little boy.

But at least it was for the better. The more questions asked, the more likely Uriel would show up, and Miz didn't want that.

Still, the boy felt odd having shown his true nature and having such a casual reaction to it. He was still disgusted at his human body, and wanted to be recognized for the terrible demon he was.

Alyosha had seen torture, rape and murder. He'd been present for gang wars and drive-by's.

He'd seen things that would even make some of his gang-members weak in the knees.

And it had all been mindless. All of it for such petty reasons.

What he had witnessed with Mizraim had been mindless. Just the mindless torture of an innocent. Mizraim's revenge was one of the few things he had seen that wasn't mindless. There was a reason behind it.

It was for that reason that he couldn't condemn Mizraim. He couldn't find him horrific.

A small silence fell between the two.

Miz was actually speechless.

He didn't know that humans like Alyosha existed.

It honestly fascinated him.

He found himself desperately wanting to stay by the human's side. He'd finally found someone decent, and on top of that, they accepted the darkest secret Miz was forced to keep.

Miz was very, very old by way of years. Many things about him were mature and reflective of his age.

But there were also many aspects of his personality that were childish. Things that he had to deal with that caused him to want to recede back to a time that was robbed of him.

He slightly edged himself closer to Lyo.

With a nervous expression he rested his head on the Russian man's strong shoulder.

Alyosha's gaze flickered down to Miz when he leaned against him hesitantly.

The man's muscled arm wrapped around him gently, pulling him a little closer.

He smiled softly down at the boy, hand raised a little to ruffle his hair gently.

Something about Alyosha made Mizraim think about his father.... but Lyo was much different then that.

Perhaps it was more like what it would have felt like to have a big brother?

Miz was certain he had bastard brother's out there, but none that his father had claimed as his own children.

Mizraim had been the only one.

And now he was the only one suffering for it.

Maks stumbled up the stairs, his keys jingling as he tried to put them in the door, managing to drop them with a soft curse before finally opening the apartment and stepping in with a shiver.

"Honey, I'm home."

He called out, Maks had been at work, and it had been a long shift, he was tired and bruised, but that was the same as most nights.

His hand clutched onto a plastic bag, as the man had requested, he had ducked by the store and grabbed food for the house.

He dumped the food on the kitchen bench before padding into the living room, seemingly unfazed by the boy in Lyo's grasp.

"Bit young for you, Lyo you old perv."

He muttered as he popped open a beer and fell into the spare chair.
