[C] End of the road

A small smile appeared on his lips again, the way Wolfie had said it the first time had made him worried.

"Alright then, when we get back the lot of us can have a little party."

They were planning one anyway for the end of the trip, he would just make it into a farewell party for the rest of them.

Pain, that wasn't something he looked forward to, but it had to happen if he was going to stay with Wolfgang, and he had already made his mind up.

"Just have to grit my teeth and bare it I suppose."

"A party sounds fun."

Wolfie leaned up to kiss the man again. A long, deep kiss that would steal the man's breath away.

"Don't get too drunk. You don't want to deal with a hangover and changing. That is really painful."

Wolfie had that brilliant idea. He had hoped that he'd go in drunk, but the change had burned the alcohol off and just left him with a nasty headache on top of the pain of changing.

He hadn't enjoyed it.

He kissed the boy back and by the time Wolfie pulled away he was panting softly, his lips tingling with sensation.

"Tell me about what will happen, I don't want to go into this blind."

He knew it would hurt, but it wouldn't take long, he knew that Wolfgang would bite and poison him, but that was all.

If he knew exactly what was going to happen then he wouldn't freak out about this so much.

"It will make you drear it more," he warned.

"First the venom will spread. It will attack your blood, your veins, then the cells around. It will attack your body and change it."

His tongue laved over his lower lip. "Then it gets into the bones. It'll decompose them then rebuild them. Stronger. But a completely different skeleton. The start of the true change. That will be your first transition into a Wolf."

His fingers ran through Cain's hair. "After your body changes, you will feel sore. That process..." Wolfie hummed. "It shouldn't take much more than an hour. Two at a real push. I'm old enough that the process will be quick."

Wolfgang was right, it did make him dread it more, the transformation sounded horrific and more painful than he had imagined.

His bones would decompose and rebuild, Wolfie's venom would attack everything that made up his body and destroy it to replace it with something better.

And this would continue for an hour or two.

A shudder ran through him, thank god he only had to survive it one time.

"That sounds horrible."
He murmured, nestling in closer to the boy.

"It is," he murmured softly.

"But you're lucky. You only have to deal with it for an hour or two. You're strong. You'll survive it."

Wolfie remember his change. How painful and long it was.

He was so glad Cain wouldn't have to suffer through that.

"Lucky? Why how long does it usually take?"

He asked, why would it be any shorter for him?

His hands stroked through the boy's hair as he realized that Wolfie had been through the exact same thing, at the age of sixteen.

He would have only been a little boy when he was turned.

"It depends on how old the parent Wolf is."

His tongue ran over his lips. "The older the parent Wolf, the quicker the turning is."

Wolfie shuddered at the memory, curling closer to Cain for comfort, shying away from thinking about his own turning too much.

"Mine lasted almost three days. My father was just a few days on as a Lycan. It was..." He whimpered softly.

Three days?!

He hugged the boy tighter and rubbed his back, kissing the top of his head softly.

Suddenly his own hour of pain felt like a blessing more than anything else.

"It's alright Wolfie, don't try to remember painful things."

He nuzzled in against the boy.

"How about you get dressed and we head back to camp? We can talk about all of this tomorrow after the party."

"Okay," he murmured softly.

He pressed another little kiss to Cain's lips before pulling away from his reluctantly.

He bent to pick up his shorts and pulled them on, fastening the button around his slim hips.

"Are you going to tell them you're staying today?" he asked curiously as he pulled on his shirt.

"I'll tell them later tonight, I don't want any of them making a big deal about it, plus, we all come from different countries anyway so it's not like I would be seeing any of them much after this."

His friends were simply people he had met while on this tour, all of them had bonded quite well and now he knew them better than any of his friends back home.

"I doubt any of them will mind at all."

He replied with a shrug, none of them would ask questions, he could easily lie and say he extended his visa.

The boy nodded as he listened to the man.

When he was full clothed, he turned back around and smiled at the man, running a hand through his blond hair.

"Let's head back, then."

He wanted Cain to have a good day with all his friends.

And then tomorrow they'd have a great party and everyone would leave feeling great.

Wolfie was determined to make sure Cain had the best two days before he was turned.

Cain smiled softly and pushed himself onto his feet, draping his arm over the boy's shoulders and pulling him close.

Today had been a little too emotional for his liking, he looked forward to just relaxing and having a little bit of fun.

There was no need to rush being turned, a few more days wasn't going to make much of a difference anyway.

He led the two of them back toward the campsite where people were finally waking, his own group of friends were huddled around a campfire cooking breakfast.

The man's stomach growled, time for food.

Wolfie grasped Cain's hand when they got to the camp site, pulling the man towards his friends with a smile on his face.

Despite the definite pain the man was going to go through, Cain was happy. With Cain turned, the two could be together for so much longer. It wouldn't just be a human lifespan they'd be together for. It would be so much more than that.

"Guten Morgen," the boy greeted when they got close enough.

Wolfie nudged Cain down onto the logs that made up the seating and perched in his lap, nuzzling against him.

Cain sat down as he was nudged, his arms wrapping around the boy as he rested his chin on Wolfie's shoulder.

The day was full of laughter and joking around, they had taken a trip into town to buy supplies for the party before coming back to the campsite.

The party started that night, they played ruby, barbecued up enough meat to feed and army and drank.

Cain eased off on the drink but enjoyed the night surrounded by his friends, messing around and singing rather badly as they all reveled in the time they had spent together.

When he told them that he was staying in Italy they simply partied harder, going through the night and into the morning before they all stumbled back into their tents for a few hours rest before they had to pile into their vans and head to the airport.

He hugged each of them goodbye, patting them on the back as they all left the campsite.

Cain gave a content sigh as he slumped back onto his log, dragging Wolfie down with him as he nestled in against the boy, he had enjoyed last night but got minimal sleep and he couldn't help but yawn softly, he was happy, not saddened like he thought he would be.

Wolfgang had joined in on the festives this time.

He drank and sang and joked and laughed along with the others. Before now the Lycan had always had an old look to him; an air about him that created a sense of sadness around him. He'd been through a lot and his body and mind had suffered as a result of that.

That night the air had faded.

He seemed like any other young man in the group, singing and laughing as they partied.

Wolfie had even taught a few of the men an old drinking song he had sung with others in the Teutonic Order so many hundreds of years ago. Everyone seemed to enjoy it.

So the next morning when everyone said goodbye, even Wolfie joined in, hugging everyone and wishing them safe travels.

By the time it was just them, Wolfie was content to curl in Cain's lap, kissing his neck gently as his fingers weaved through the man's hair.

He smiled and nuzzled against the boy, pressing a kiss to the top of his head.

"That was a fun night."

He muttered softly, he had really enjoyed himself and all the worries of the world simply faded away until they no longer existed.

It was definitely a perfect way to end the tour.

"It was," the boy agreed between little kisses.

His teeth scraped over the man's skin gently as he shifted a little in his lap. The two of them had the whole camp site to themselves for the first time.

It almost seemed too empty.

His tongue trailed up the man's neck. His lips caught Cain's in a demanding kiss as his fingers tightened in his hair.

The campsite was pretty much abandoned but in a few days another tour would come through and take the place that their friends had occupied, they too would have to leave sooner or later.

His arms wrapped around the boy more tightly, holding him close as he was pulled into a demanding kiss, which he returned eagerly.

He couldn't get enough of the boy's lips and was kept needing to try and get closer to him, pressing his body up against him as much as he could.

The Lycan shifted around in Cain's lap until his legs were wrapped around the man's waist.

Only when he was settled did he pull away from the kiss to allow his human to breathe.

His attention turned to Cain's throat, kissing and nipping and leaving small marks on his skin as his nails scratched over the back on his neck slowly.

By the time Wolfie allowed him to breathe Cain was panting softly, licking his lips as he taste the sweetness that lingered there from the boy's mouth.

The man gave a low moan as his neck was nipped and kissed, his back arching as nails dragged across it.

His head tilted back, offering his throat to the boy with a purr as his hands ran down Wolfie's back and gripped his hips firmly.

The Lycan caught a patch of skin between his teeth, sucking it firmly until it left a nice dark mark.

His body pressed against Cain's, hips grinding down against the human's crotch as his tongue laved slowly over the mark he'd just left.

Cain was his human.

He gave a groan as he was marked, his grip on the boy tightening as he was ground down against.

His own hips lifted, grinding up against the boy's backside as his body hardened due to Wolfie's actions.

The boy knew how to get him hot and bothered and the grinding of his hips had done just that.

"Remember when we first met?" the boy asked, blue eyes turning up to Cain as his hips continued to rock against him.

"We did this on the beach."

His hands reached for the human's, pulling them up so his fingers brushed against the boy's nipples. He wanted to feel Cain's fingers tease him until he was writhing.

"We had to be careful so no one would see us," he murmured softly as he pressed wet kisses along his throat.

"We don't have to be careful now."

Cain panted softly, giving a small nod, he definitely remembered that day.

Instinctively his fingers began to work over Wolfie's nipples, pushing under his shirt and rolling the small nub between his fingers before pinching them.

The man gave a groan as the boy rubbed against his crotch, pressing his hips up as his neck arched back again, offering more to Wolfie's lips as they pressed kisses to his skin.

No one would interrupt them this time, they were completely alone together in the middle of nowhere.
