Once upon a Quiet Night

her eyes widened, unsure what just happened and looked around.

that was when she noticed everything that was happening and she gasped.

her sudden consciousness of her surroundings made everything deactivate again

she felt the lashback of using so much power and curled in on herself a little, but she ignored it to tend to Alex/

Alexander had recoiled deep into his mind trying to find the source of his agony.
Past memories flicking through his eyes some familiar...others new to him...

his body stopped shaking and remained still. his mouth opening and closing gasping for breath.

he was separate from his body...lost in his mind...

cursing profusely in Italian, she picked Alex up, not liking how light he was, and set him down on a couch, thinking on her feet.

his hunger should bring him back out of whatever was effecting him, and irritated the wound she had created previously so it was bleeding again, and held it over his mouth, letting her blood drip onto his tongue

Alexander saw the wonders of his past...his mother and father, his whole family... his sister? he never knew he had a sister...or even a brother. these images amazed and disturbed him.

Why...Cant i remember this before? what...what is stopping me?

Suddenly a dark red haze started to cloud the images and the scent of blood availied his nostrils.

he was brought back to the taste of Valoras blood... warm...delicious... real...

Alexander opened his eyes. they had changed slightly.

they were brighter than before, with more color.

ugh...what...what happened?

in all honesty, i have no idea....

and she hated that. truely.

she was looking a few shades paler and her jaw was set in a hard line.

she had hated feeling completely useless and unable to do anything about what just happened, and she hated the lack of knowledge of exactly what it was that had happened

Alexander blinked a couple of time to clear the haze away from his eyes and saw the worried expression on valora's face.

He reached up and stroked he cheek tenderly.
Valora, your white as a sheet.... whats wrong? im ok. im... more than ok actually. i want to thank you xx

Alexander sat up and kissed her cheek lightly.
some of my memories have returned. because of you! its amazing

she sighed and lightly, but still firmly, cuffed him across the head before shoutung:

DON'T DO THAT AGAIN IDIOTA!!!!! *sighs before going a bit quieter* si mi ha dato quasi un attacco di cuore è stupido idiota!

she had been freaked out enough that she fell into italian, a language she loved a great deal, despite being from London.....or more, born there.....her family was actually italian.

Alexander merely laughed at Valoras outburst.

I dont know, how DO you put up with stupid idiots like me hmm??
he flashed a quick smile and hugged valora before she could do anything about it.

she sighed heavily and hugged back before pulling away and crossing her arms

still....you're an idiot......for a second there i tought my heart had stopped moving, you fool. don't do that to me. you're like my brother.....and i never had one before, so you're on the 'treat with care and the likes' list.

she huffed again and turned her face away to the side

Alexander smirks the words runnig through his head.

a brother? wow... i feel...needed...he hugged her again this time lifting her up slightly.

"well then sis, i am very sorry for scaring you"he laughed

she pouted slightly

yeah....so don't mess it up

Alexander put her down and smiled, a thought runnig through his head.

"hmm can i show you something?"

she blinked, shocked a little from sudden topic change

uh....sure.....

Alexander quickly ran around the room collecting a few istruments including a guitar, drum set and bass guitar. he placed them on the small stage and stood infront of them all.

"bare with me, havent done this in a while..."

He closes his eyes and claps his hands together 3 times. each time a clone appeared at on of the instruments

she blinked, completely stunned now.....she'd never seen this kind of thing before

the clones picked up the instruments and startedtuning up.

"wow this may be a bit rusty, but meet the band"
Alexander laughed and bowed.

"im not just good at the flute you know"

she smiled and leaned back against the couch, binding her wrist again as she made herself comfortable and ready to listen

Once the band had finished tuning the instruments they stood ready to play, waiting for the real alexander to start. He nodded at valora seeing that she was comfortable and so nodded to the band and began to sing.

Once alexander and the band had finished he waited for valoras reaction with hightened anticipation.

she clapped her hands and grinned, just bout holding the tears back.

it was a lovely song, and it gave insight to more about alex.

that was amazing *chuckles*

she wasn't really someone to listen to modern music, preferring the classics, but she had to admit that she liked it. it was a new taste in music and it seemed pretty good.

Alexander smiled and all of them bowed greatfully. It had been a long time since he had sung a song to anyone.

"Thankyou. Its been a while. Im glad you liked it...would you like to sing a song with us?"
All the Alexanders smiled and bowed towards valora before Alexander stepped forward and offered his hand to her, his hair catching the light of the moon from the window making it shine and look more bright and colourful.
