The Birthday Bash

"Mmm, I would of done more, but I could not resist touching you for long."
He murmured, nipping the Lycan's lip softly.

His hands stroked through the mess of orange hair, smoothing it out between his fingers.

"We'll have to reserve a night just for you to show me how many ways you can use that belt of yours."

His lips curled into a grin. He'd enjoy that night.

The Lycan purred contentedly as Aeker stroked his hair. He loved people toying with his hair. It had been one of the reasons he had gone into hairdressing. He liked people toying with his hair so he began toying with other peoples.

Aeker purred softly and nodded, that sounded like a wonderful idea, he must remember to go buy some leather straps, he didn't want to be wearing down all his belts because he'd been whipping his boyfriend.

"Name the night and I'd be more than happy to show you."

He smiled and kept running his hands through the man's hair since he was enjoying it.

One of his hands fell to Aodh's chest, stroking the pendant that hung from his neck.

"It suits you."
He muttered, his eyes falling on the necklace.

"I'll decide on the night later."

For now he wanted to wind down and relax before he ended up jumping Aeker again. One round of sex was more than enough tonight. It had been very good birthday sex.

The low purr rumbled slightly louder as his eyes slid shut.

A smile curled his lips. "I'll always have a feather duster around now, aye?"

"Good idea."

He purred softly, wrapping his arms around the man as he nestled his head in against Aodh's neck.

"You will."
He murmured softly as his slender fingers traced the engravings on the necklace.

Aodh returned the purr with a contented rumbling purr of his own.

He was happy.

No matter how much Moe and teased and poked fun at him; no matter how worried he had been when Coilean had been around; no matter how unhappy that he was that people had made a big deal of his birthday, the Lycan was calm and content.

His birthday had been good this year and the night was still young.

"Even if we're separated, I won't forget you any time soon." He lifted his hand to curl around both the pendant and Aeker's hand. He wasn't going to remove the necklace.

No force in heaven, hell or earth could get him to take it off.

Aeker's free hand reached up and ran through the front of Aodh's hair.
Never in his life had he felt so drawn to someone, so utterly devoted.

"I just hope we don't spend too much time apart, I can't imagine my life without you now."

His hand slid to Aodh's cheek as Aeker leaned down to kiss him again.

He didn't want to be away from the lycan, waking up most evenings alone was separation enough.

Aodh's eyes slid shut and his purrs increased in volume.

"Dont start going all mushy on me, Aeker. I'll have to beat it out of you. I can show you all the ways I can wield a belt."

His lip twitched and he pulled the man closer.

He returned the kiss softly, smile curving his lips.

"I'm your boyfriend, it's my rite to be mushy on occasion."
He teased softly before snorting a laugh.

"I'd like to see you try to hit me with a belt, I'd knock you on your ass before you could blink an eye."

He looked down at Aodh, his red eyes flashing slightly, silently wondering if the lycan would ever attempt to do so.

"Yeah, well keep it to a minimum. All this mush might make me throw up." On occasion he could deal with, but if it started to become a regular thing, Aodh would not be amused. He wasn't a mushy king of guy.

He grinned and chuckled softly as he leaned up to kiss the man softly.

Aodh chuckled. "If I really tried, you'd stand no chance, kid."

He ruffled the man's silver hair with a wide grin.

Aeker chuckled softly and nodded.
"Mush will definitely be a rarity, I wouldn't want you going soft on me."

He kissed Aodh back, a soft smirk pulling at his lips as he looked down at the man.

"Oh you have no idea."
He chuckled and smoothed out his hair again, as far as powers went, Aeker had plenty up his sleeve and all that Aodh had witnessed was one simple transformation.

Keeping the vampire still when he didn't want to be could prove to be an impossible task.

"Beat me to death if I go soft."

Aodh arched a brow.

"Are you underestimating me, Aeker? Even after the conversation we had when we first met?"

Aodh lived his life fooling others. He made people think he was weak, young, carefree. He made them think he couldn't handle things himself; that he needed Coilean and Alek around to help him.

As with him seeing Aeker's powers, the vampire had seen very little of what he could do. Aeker had only seen him transform. The vampire hadn't seen him fight or think. He didn't know how powerful or smart he was.

He smiled softly down at the wolf and shook his head.

"Not at all, I'd be an idiot to underestimate a lycan that had manage to live as long as you, if you were stupid or weak you would have been dead long ago.

But it would be foolish of you to think that it would be an easy task to hold me in place long enough to use a belt against me if I didn't want to cooperate."

"I've dealt with stronger more stubborn people than you, céadsearc."

He grinned widely and ruffled the man's hair again.

"One of my jobs is to kill off the wolves that have...outlived their usefulness." He had to kill the weak and disrespectful.

If he could take down a Lycan a thousand years plus, he'd be able to whip this vampire if he put his mind to it.

His nails bit into Aeker's back and scraped downwards, leaving deep red welts. He leaned up to kiss the man roughly with a purr before pulling away and laying down comfortably again.

"But I'm not going to try. I have no reason to."

Aeker growled softly and smoothed out his hair again.

His growls dulled down as he kissed the man back, arching his back to lean into the nails biting at his skin.

"Well that is a relief, I don't think I would want to go up against you to be honest."

With how close Aodh was to him at most times there was no doubt in his mind that the lycan would probably win, in close range combat, lycan against vampire, the lycan was destined to win, they were stronger and their bodies could tolerate more of a beating than a vampires could.

Aodh chuckled softly.

The twins may be so different, but they had very similar reactions to some things. Both of them hated having their hair ruffled.

But that dislike of the action promised Aodh would do it again and again. It amused him to see the vampire so annoyed over such a simple action.

"You have more sense than some people." Even after warnings, some people still underestimated him and tried to fight him. It was odd how some people would just throw their lives away because they didnt heed warnings.

He'd never understand it.

"I plan on living for a long time, Aodh.

I'm not going to risk shortening my life because I wanted to stroke my ego by challenging you.
I was never one for fighting."

Aeker liked violence when it was channeled into something beneficial, not needless killing, it brought him no pleasure.

He kissed the lycan again and relaxed against him, laying his head on the man's chest.

The vampire hoped that the day would never come where Aodh would have to see him fight properly, it was not a pretty sight.

He hummed in amusement. "People need to start thinking like you. People would live their life much longer if they thought like you."

His fingers ran through the vampire's hair idly.

"But then the world would over populate. It frustrates me so much... There's so much I'd like to change about the world given a chance, but I know I can't. If I were to make people smart enough not to throw their lives away, the world would become over populated."

He pursed his lips and his shoulders slumped with a heavy sigh. "The world is so fucked up," he chuckled humourlessly.

The Lycan pulled Aeker closer, burying his face in the man's silver hair. "I'm so glad I found you."

He smiled softly at the man's words and shook his head.
"If everyone thought like me the world would be a very uneventful place."

There would be no fighting, no conflict, people would just carry on with their lives content with the hand they had been dealt.

"The world is complicated, but there is not changing it, not when people have free will."

That was a good and a bad thing, the world was the way it was for a reason, even if they could not see it.

"I'm glad too."
He murmured as he wrapped his arms around the man, holding him tightly.

He sighed softly.

He both loved and hated free will. He hated how much trouble it caused. But he had had his free will taken from him; he knew how terrible life could be if you couldn't live it the way you wanted to.

"Don't leave."

The words cut much deeper than the immediate.

He needed the vampire with him. He had such a desperate need for Aeker it scared him. He didn't know what would happen if he had to leave.

His cool hand stroked the lycan's cheek, cupping it as he leaned his forehead against Aodh's, gazing into his eyes.

His crimson eyes full of depth and promise.

"I'm not going to leave."

He needed Aodh more than he would admit, the man made him feel, actually feel, more deeply and more passionately than he ever had before.

He would never leave Aodh, as long as the lycan still wanted him by his side he would be there, not even death would keep him away.

His lips twitched upwards into a small smile.

"I'm holding you to that, Aeker."

Aeker had made the promise to stay. He couldn't back out on his word now. The Lycan wouldn't let him.

He leaned forwards to kiss the man softly.

"How have you managed to make me need you so desperately, vampire? I haven't needed someone much ever before."

He kissed the man back and stroked his cheek.

"If I ever leave you, you have my permission to kill me."
If he ever wanted to leave this man then it was clear that he had lost his mind and at the point he would want to be put out of his suffering, though his tone had a joking tone to he was dead serious.

A grin pulled at his lips as he brushed the lycan's nose with his own.

"Black magic."

He chuckled softly, there was no explaining this, he had tried to explain it to himself many times already.

His lips quirked upwards. "Killing you would be too easy, I'd keep you locked up in a place only I could get to."

His silver eyes glittered dangerously.

"If Black Magic can create a unison like this, I can't understand why we think its so terrible," he chuckled lowly.

Aodh knew full well the dangers of black magic. He had been an exorcist for longer than he had been a Lycan and he still couldn't bring himself to try black magic.

He leaned up to kiss the man again. "You said something about poisoning me with your cooking earlier, yes?" He hadn't eaten since lunch and half a cake wasn't really a meal, much to his disappointment.

One of his hungers had been satisfied, but now another was rearing its head. He wanted food.

Aeker chuckled softly.
"I'll be sure to stay by your side until you get sick of me then."

Aodh telling him to leave would be the only thing that could tear him away from the man he loved.

He kissed him back eagerly and pulled himself onto his feet.

"I did say that didn't I."

He smiled and pulled on his boxer short as well as his grey pajama pants that hung loosely around his waist.

"Shall we?"
He asked, offering the lycan a hand up.

"Or would you prefer dinner is bed again?"
