[C] The old Master

The pup gave a whimper before getting up and padding over to the others.

He sat down beside Tuz and Coilean, rolling onto his back and pawing at Coilean's hair playfully like he had been doing with Alyosha not too long ago.

Coilean gave a little huff when his hair was pawed at.

It took him a long moment to decide what to do.

He flicked his hair, giving the pup something interesting to chase. His hair was longer than Lyo's, so it moved around more wildly. It'd be more interesting for the pup.

The pup squirmed happily as the hair flicked around, sometimes Lucifer had let them chase his hair too.

He pawed at it wildly, his goofy limbs wiggling about as he tried to catch it.

He yipped and whined happily, rolling onto his stomach and trying to worm his way underneath the man.

Lyo laughed as he watched the hesitant Coilean deal with an excited puppy.

It was clear he'd never really had to deal with children.

It was a little funny to Lyo, too. Even with his hard life, he'd spent time looking after children. He had babysat his cousin a lot before her father had started acting like a dick and refusing to let them see each other.

Seeing someone so much older than him struggle was funny.

He looked up at Coilean with a whine, pawing at the man's leg, he wanted to play.

Slowly he settled for just laying up against him, idly licking at his fingers, nipping at them softly.

"Play with the pup, Lean. Dinner's still a bit off."

A bit of bonding would do the two good, too. Coilean would benefit from paying with the pup.

Said Irishman reached down to gently rub the pup's stomach.

The pup gave a happy whine and wiggled about as his stomach was rubbed.

He craved affection and he rarely got it from anyone other than Demetri.

The boy was busy these days so they'd all been going without a lot more.

The pup really was cute.

Maybe he could get over the fact that it came from one of the biggest monsters in the world?

he hummed throughfully as he scratched the pups belly.

Hellhounds, despite their name were not inherently bad creatures, they were bound by rules and they obeyed who owned them.

Long ago they were used by the heavens in order to keep evil spirits safely locked in hell, their powers meant that if a spirit got loose they could drag it back down with ease.

Tuzik smiled as the two enjoyed some tummy rubs, moving to lean against the Lycan, pressing a kiss to his shoulder.

The fact that the pup was a Hellhound meant nothing to Coilean. He was lovers with a Hellhound.

What bugged him was the pups former master.

His fingers tangled in long fur, ruffling it gently.

The pup was cute for something that Lucifer had had his hands on.

Coilean wasn't thinking of the fact that many years ago Tuzik was this pup, he was young and playful and he too was raised by Lucifer.

Whether it hadn't quite sunk in or he was overlooking it, it was truth enough.

Tuzik had turned out fine.

The pup slowly calmed and lay against the ground contently, stomach rubs were his weakness and more often than not, they put him to sleep.

"Sleepy puppies don't get lunch," Lyo called out as he began dishing up the rare steaks.

Each plate got a steak and a portion of chips, while the bowl was filled with cut up chunks of steak. Lyo made sure to cut up Lean's steak. then carrid his and Tuzik's to the table.

He held up Coilean's and the pups with a little grin

When the food was carried over the pup scrambled to his feet and bounced.

He was hungry, his former sleepy mood swiftly fading away in the excitement of potential food.

He gave happy little yips, his tail wagging as his butt hit the floor, barely able to sit still.

He set the plate and bowl down on the floor then pet both Coilean adn the pup.

"Don't leave any, boys."

Lyo took his seat at the table and picked up his knife and fork.

Now Tuzik felt strange as he sat up in his chair and grabbed his cutlery.

He was the only canine not eating on the floor.

It was a little strange but he didn't question it too much, not when there was food that needed eating.

The pup went for the food instantly, chowing down with a happy whine as he chewed on each chunk with a purr, he hadn't had cooked meat before.

Lyo ate silently, his gaze flicking between his three pets.

What a strange little group he had amassed in his time here.

He couldn't have asked for anything better, though. Tuzik and COilean were great and he already knew that the pup would be an interesting addition.

Tuzik barely struggled with using his hands any more, and he cut up his own meat with easy, placing it into his mouth with a purr.

In his excitement the pup pushed forward as he ate, moving the bowl over the tiled floor, he followed after it inching away from everyone with each bite, by the end of the meal he was going to be at the other end of the kitchen.

Coilean leaned over as the pup began to lead the bowl for a walk around the kitchen.

He dragged the bowl back towards him and held it in place while he returned to his own meal.

Tuzik grinned at Lyo as Coilean helped the pup with his bowl.

He was happy that things were turning out so well at the moment.

The pup wagged his tail and went about eating now that the bowl wasn't running away from him.

Lyo grinned back.

Apparently even Coilean was affected by the cute charm puppies had. Even Hellhound puppies tht used to be Lucifer's.

"We'll take him up to the room after lunch. Let him get used to his new home."

The pup chewed happily with a whine, it didn't take him long to devour his entire meal.

He sat back and licked his lips.

It didn't take long before the pup started sniffing around Coilean's bowl. Pups were greedy when it came to food.

Coilean gave a quiet warning growl when the pup began to sniff around his bowl.

He turned so his back was to the pup, dragging his bowl around so it was far away from the Hound, then began eating again.

Lycans were as protective over their food as Hounds were greedy with theirs.

The pup gave a whine as Coilean scooted away from him.

He lay on the floor looking rejected but slowly inching forward toward the man.

If there was food around he'd try to eat it, regardless of how much he was given.

Coilean growled softly when the pup began to inch forwards.

He reached out to push the pup away. He slid across the smooth surface of the kitchen floor and Coilean returned to eating, eyeing the pup carefully.

He wasn't going to let the pup have any of his dinner.

The pup gave a whine as he slid across the floor, huffing as he lay there.

Tuzik gave a chuckle as he watched them, steadily getting through his own meal.
