Lyo's old car pulled in behind the old The Last Stand pub.

He was buzzing in his seat, excited for what tonight would hold for them.

He looked around as he parked up, trying to spot the Witch. Where was he?

"Excited, shithead?"

"Excited, terrified, take your pick."

Maks replied, he was nervous, he didn't know what was going to happen, and he was worried that they would get in there only to find out that the body was a dud.

Deacon walked out onto the fire escape at the back of the abandoned back entrance of the pub.

He looked over at the two men in the far and nodded, waving them over, he had locked the back door to the pub so even if people wanted to come out, they couldn't.

"Well, pick one and ride with it. We're going in."

Lyo pushed himself out of the car, hoisted his bag over his shoulder and picked up the body.

He made his way over to the Witch, a little nervous grin on his own lips.

"Hi," he called out to the Witch. "Is everything ready?"

"Excited."

Maks decided as he followed after Lyo and what would hopefully be his new body.

"Yes, bring it inside, quickly."

He replied as he opened a door on the second story of the building, ushering them in before shutting it behind them and leading everyone into his loft before locking the door.

He had done some rearranging before they got over, the couches from his living room were pushed aside and he had set up a medical bed.

"Lay it down."

He muttered gesturing toward the bed.

Lyo laid down the body on the medical bed before looking around the place.

It was very different than what he had seen in his past. A modern pent-house style apartment. It was pretty impressive.

"I have payment. I hope it's enough to keep you satisfied."

Five 10ml vials of Hell Hound blood.

Deacon took the vials and looked them over, opening one and sniffing it, just to make sure he wasn't be ripped off, but it was the real thing.

"Thank you very much, let me put these away and we will get started."

He went into a back room and came back without the vials, he had put them away for safe keeping.

Doc went to the body and looked it over.

"A Vampire, are you sure you're alright with that? Using a Vampire host means that he could very well wake up as a vampire and that has implications."

He wanted them to be sure about this.

"It was the best body we could find."

And it was fine. Maks would be excited to be a Vampire and Lyo wouldn't mind having a Vampire lo- friend. He didn't know if Maks wanted to be his lover.

"What are the complications of it?"

What were the negatives of Maks waking up as a Vampire?

"Just by looking at it and I can tell that this is quite an old vampire, older than he is by a large margin.

As a Vampire ages certain things become stronger, like their need for blood, they can control it better but older vampires do have a stronger bloodlust than a fledgling, a fledgling just has less control.

He will also be stronger than he would anticipate. So mix a large amount of desire with a strength you can't control or you don't expect."

He replied, he would make up being a horny, hungry and newly strong vampire.

"We can numb these feelings down a little for when he wakes up, so it will be less intense and intimidating to begin with but it would be something he has to adjust to."

Lyo nodded, looking down at the body thoughtfully.

"Maks is a strong-willed person. He will be good at learning control."

He was sure Maks could do this.

"Let's get this done."

"Alright then, this is going to take some time so I have a few jobs for you to do while I begin.

In the fridge there is a foam box, inside is a bunch of blood bags, bring a few of them over for when he wakes up.

Also, in the drawer in the laundry there are some restraints, I want you to tether the body to the bed, just encase he freaks out a little when this is over, we don't need him hurting himself in a panic, okay?"

He replied before pulling off his coat, magic was easier to use when he had the desired runes exposed.

Doc's eyes changed colour as he made it so he could see Mak floating around them, he beckoned the spirit closer with a nod before he softly began to chant, his hands resting on the temple of the body's head.

Lyo went to get the restraints first.

He smirked flirtily at the ghost as he began binding the body to the bed. He'd missed the use of restraints with Maks. Restraints had been a very fun and very common mode of play for the two of them.

Once had had the body bound, Lyo made his way to the fridge to get the box of blood bags out.

Many of the runes on Deacon's body lit up as he chanted, walking around the body, drawing symbols on the body with a mixture of charcoal and minerals.

Maks smirked at Lyo and winked as he began to restrain the limp body.

His smirk faulted a he winced, his body jolting as a strange aura wrapped around him, binding themselves to the areas that Doc was drawing on.

Faint lines ran from Maks' hands and feet to the same places on the body below him, the lines tightened before they yanked him down forcing him down into the body, laying him in the same position with it.

Lyo took a few steps back so he could lean against the wall and watch the scene play out.

With his arms crossed over his chest, he tilted his head, watching with interested eyes.

He'd never seen such advanced necromancy before.

He was highly curious.

Doc's hands moved in intricate movements as he magically sewed Maks' soul into the body, letting his life force flow through it.

Slowly muscles began to twitch and jolt, his arm would flex and tighten then relax, then his leg and so forth.

With a loud gasp the body began to breath again before thrashing in it's restrains, the movement lasted for a minute before it collapsed back into place and relaxed.

His eyes stayed closed through his chest moved in soft pants.

Deacon moved to chest his pulse, noting that the heart had started to beat again.

Lyo stepped forwards in interest when the body jolted and began breathing again.

How incredible.

Doc made it look so effortless.

e wondered if Doc would take a student in necromancy?

Deacon quickly went about trying to hydrate the body, hooking it up to IVs.

He rubbed off the runes he had placed on it before drawing a new one over the Vampire's face, it would aid in changing the body's appearance so it would look how the soul willed it to.

"It may take a few hours for him to wake up, his soul is still knitting itself into every inch of the body, in that time he should start to look more how you remember."

He muttered as he moved onto the couch, using all that magic made even him tired.

"Make sure the bags are replaced if the machine beeps at you, when he wakes up just shake me."

He added, sprawling out to rest.

"This is it?"

That was so...quick. His own necromancy attempts took a hell of a lot longer and were never as impressive as this.

He was instantly envious of the man's ability.

Lyo ran his fingers gently over the body's cheek.

His Maks was so close to being back.

"What else did you expect?"

He chuckled as he laid down, smirking up at the man.

"I could pull out a cauldron and make some smoke, say some bullshit words but simple spells work best."

When things were clean and simple they worked, he had been perfecting his spells for a long time and magic came much easier to witches than to Necromancers.

Slowly over the next few hours the body slowly shifted, some things were so gradual that you wouldn't have noticed until it was done.

His hair grew longer, darkening until it looked almost black, his body shrunk a little, taking on Maks' shorter stature, the most dramatic was the face, the Vampire's rounded, full face wilted away until what was left was Maks' angular, slim face.

Well, yeah, he had expected that... Or at least, something a little more than what had happened.

The magic had been so seamless that Lyo had hardly realised he was performing anything.

The man wished that he could eventually get to a level of power like that.

He kept his eyes on the body, watching it change slowly. He was back from the dead.

He was really back.

The body lay still for a long while after it looked exactly like Maks, the rune that hand been drawn of his face and slowly been absorbed and was no longer visible.

His breathing began to pick up and a moment later his bright green eyes flew open as he took his first gasp of air.

Out of pure instinct he struggled in his bindings as his breathing became erratic, his mouth gaping open as two large fang protruded from behind his pale lips.

"Shh, Maks, it's me," he murmured to the man as it jerked and began thrashing.

"Don't make me slap you, Maksim."

Lyo raised his voice, calling out to Doc to get the man to wake up.

Maks' eyes flicked up to Alyosha as the man said his full name, he rarely ever said his full name so it always got his attention even if he was panicking.

Deacon sat up immediately and ran over, placing his hand on Maks' forehead and cooing a string of words in latin.

It took a few seconds but he calmed, his body sagging in the restraints as he looked up at Lyo, he looked groggy but a small smile curled at his lips.

"Hi."

He muttered, his words slurred a little as he spoke around the new additions in his mouth, one of his hands tried to reach up and touch him but was stopped by the binding.

"Let him know that he is going to be quite sore for a while, but it will fade."

"You're gonna feel like you were hit by a truck for a while, but you'll walk away from it fine."

His fingers stroked over Mak's cheek gently.

He had missed the man so much.

Tears welled in his eyes, but he blinked them back.

Everything that Maks was thinking or trying to do stopped when Lyo stroked his cheek.

His eyes slid shut as he leaned into the touch, it was the first thing he had actually felt in eight years.

It was Lyo's touch.

Tears welled in his own eyes but he let them fall, the droplets sliding down his face, more than anything he wanted to feel Lyo's touch.

"I'm going to leave you two alone, try to get him to drink from the blood bags, he is going to be very hungry soon."

He muttered before walking from the room, this was a private moment.

[Russian normal dialogue]

"You're leaking," he chuckled softly, wiping the tears from Maks' eyes. His Maks was really back.

"I love you," he breathed, cupping Maks' cheek.

He had missed him so much in the last eight years.

And now he finally had him back. he could finally hug him and hold him like he used to.
