Life was definitely different now, though it had meant that he and Aodh had been able to enjoy a lot more time together.

Still, he missed having all those children around him.

He smiled as he looked down at Darragh, it was nice knowing he was still needed.

"This way."

He guided them toward the children's medication.

It only took him a moment to pick out some children's teething gel, pain killers, a teething ring and some rusks.

"This will make him happy again."

He'd helped Jem through his teething, that had been rough for the little hybrid.

He followed after Aeker obediently and watched as he picked up half a dozen items with a growing sort of dread.

"She is so paying me back for all this shit."

He wasn't so loaded as his parents, and pretty much anyone in his family, really, that he could buy these necessities out of the goodness of his heart. He still had to put food in his belly and pot in his joints, and despite the influx of pet paintings he was doing, he wasn't exactly loaded.


Rosa was definitely paying him back for this crap.
