[C] Braids

Fleck toyed with a braid that rested over his shoulder, as he waited for Dick to appear on the stairway.

Spring was here, and it was holding no prisoners with its heat this year. Between them, now his monster project was done, they had decided to have a chill home date, hosted at Dick's place. More importantly, in Dick's pool.

Fleck leaned against the wall inside the massive entryway of the mansion, waiting for his boyfriend to appear. He'd dropped him a text when he had arrived, and set to waiting.

He was dressed in a pair of black board shorts, and an offensively coloured Hawaiian shirt. Chai had wrangled him while he was dressing for his date, and braided his hair within an inch of its life. While all his hair wasn't braided, he had a handful of smaller braids that were scraped back with the loose hair into his usual ponytail. A few of the small braids, intricate little things that weren't the braids that he knew how to do, rested against his chest, and he was playing with a decorative silver bead Chai had tied to the end of one while he waited.

When his phone went off he shot out of his room. Giddy to finally spend some quality time with his boyfriend and not sit around feeling useless while Fleck stressed.

His hair was pulled back in its usual ponytail, with a few loose curls framing his face. His normal attire was, reluctantly, swapped for something more suitable for swimming. A plain cotton tee hugged his frame and the only pair of shorts he owned hung at his hips.

When he made his way into the entranceway his smile dropped and he slowed his pace.

Blue eyes scanned offensive material clinging to Fleck's body. It was the only thing he could focus on, even if it strained his eyes.

"... Really?" Was his only words as he tugged at the hem of the shirt.

A brow arched.

"I like it."

And he actually did. He couldn't remember who bought it for him. He just knew it was a joke at some point. But the ugly pattern had grown on him. He liked this shirt, and he was going to sport it proudly.

Until it was time to swim.

Dick just made a small noise. If his boyfriend liked it, then he liked it. Not much he could do about it... other than buying him some decent shirts in the very near future.

Tilting his head back a smile was drawn back on his face as his eyes were met with something less offensive and more attractive.

"I like your hair."

He reached up to gently smooth over it, careful to not ruin the effort that must have went into it.

Fleck's nose wrinkled a little when Dick admired his hair.

"Yeah? I think its a bit too fancy myself." He toyed with the silver bead. "Its cool looking, I'll give it that, but its too much effort."

He was never going to sit down and braid his hair like this himself. He was far too lazy for that.

"So where's my kiss?"

Dick's grin widened and he hooked his hands on the nape of Fleck's neck to pull him down for a kiss. Softly and slowly he moved his lips against Fleck's, taking his time, enjoying being back in his boyfriend's arms.

It had only been a few days, yet it felt so much longer.

In a last minute decision, he flicked tongue out teasingly along Fleck's top lip before pulling back, a tinge of pink on his cheeks.

"Any good?"

Fleck fell into the kiss like a man starved, one hand finding Dick's hair, fingers working the band in his hair until it fell loose, and he could weave his fingers into the curls. His other hand dropped to the slight dip of Dick's spine, resting there.

His lips parted under the teasing flick of tongue, and his dark eyes cracked open a little when his boyfriend pulled back instead of pushing closer.

"Nope."

His hand on Dick's back pulled him closer, and he dipped his head to press his lips to his boyfriend's again. This kiss was firm and long, and he didn't pull back until his head swam with lack of breath.

"That was good."

Dick's arms wound around Fleck's neck as he was pulled closer and he couldn't help the tiny moan that emitted from his throat.

The second time they parted his cheeks darkened to red and he found himself short of breath.

Dazed, he grinned up at Fleck.

Then dragged him down for another kiss.

His body pressed hard against the larger man, pushing him against the frame of the door. He kissed with the same fire Fleck kissed him with; firmly and deeply.

The third time they parted his whole face was glowing.

"Better?"

He gave a little grunt when his back bumped against the doorway, tugging lightly at Dicks hair as he did.

He loved it when this happened. Dick was really coming out of his shell, and he appreciated every moment that Dick took charge.

Deciding to push his luck, something that either got a good reception or a terrible one, his hand slipped from Dick's back, to give one clothed cheek a firm squeeze.

"Much," he answer with a crooked little grin.

Dick inhaled sharply, forehead dropping on Fleck's chest as his hips jerked in a little.

"Good," he said after a moment, voice cracking.

He peaked over his shoulder to ensure no one had caught them then turned back up to Fleck. He didn't make a move to shoo the hand away. Both of his arms still wrapped firmly around the taller man's neck.

"So, are we going down to the pool or are we just going to stand here all day."

His hand slid from Dick's hair, trailing up and down his spine slowly.

"Well, I am quite comfortable here," he mused quietly, teasingly as he looked down at his boyfriend.

It was hot, but he was quite comfortable here if Dick wasn't going to move.

A pleasant tingling sensation followed Fleck's fingers as they lazily ran up and down his spine. It made him melt into the embrace. His whole weight leaned heavily into Fleck and he let out a content sigh. His own hands slid down Fleck's chest to wrap around his waist.

"Staying here defeats the idea of a pool date."

One shoulder raised in a shrug.

"Technically it was just a home date. The pool was just a mentioned option," he pointed out.

It was a very good date idea, and he would go...eventually.

He palmed his boyfriend's backside firmly again.

He hummed, not bothered to argue the matter anymore. It didn't seem they were moving anytime soon and he was enjoying the sensation of Fleck's hand running up and down his spine far too much-

His breath hitched again and he jerked.

"You really need to stop doing that."

Fleck's head tipped backwards, the back of it pressing against the doorframe, as his eyes turned skywards in thought. His fingers continued their light, teasing tracks of Dick's lower back.

"Hmmm... No, I don't," he decided in a light tone.

His fingers continued on.

He bit his lip. A part of him felt he should end this right now and rip himself away. Another part of him wanted to somehow, someway, melt even further into Fleck.

Right now the latter was much more enjoyable.

His grip around Fleck's waist faltered and he let his hands drop. He hoped to push them into pockets, only for them to glide right over where they should be. Instead, his hands ended up grasping the curve of Fleck's ass.

Fleck grinned when hands ran over his backside, and he didn't so much as flinch when one hand rested at the edge of the scar that marred his backside and thigh.

His head bowed, and he ran his lips gently alone the apple of Dick's cheek, and down to his jaw. His teeth just barely scraped the pale skin of his jaw before skimming upwards again.

His lips sought out Dick's own.

His skin prickled as lips gently pressed against his cheeks and tilting his own head up instinctively. He inhaled shakily as teeth followed lip, hands firmly squeezing Fleck's clothed backside reflexively.

Lips finding his own, he kissed eagerly. Sharp teeth glinting each time his lips parted to take in another shaky breath.

Fleck took advantage of the shaky breaths Dick was taking.

His tongue pressed between his boyfriend's lips, and traced slowly over his teeth, paying extra attention to the sharp points of his fangs.

The tip of his tongue pressed deliberately firmly to a fang and jerked backwards, tearing his flesh. Blood welled up from the torn flesh, and he stroked it over Dick's lower lip slowly, hot and warm, and staining his pale flesh red.

This time he couldn't hold back the moan from the back of his throat, the tip of his tongue dancing around Fleck's.

Then it happened all too fast.

There was a slight tug on his teeth and the familiar copper taste of blood filled his mouth. Then it hit him. Fleck sliced his own tongue on his teeth.

He would have ended it right there. Let Fleck heal up his tongue while he calmed himself down. The problem was not only did it taste good, but it felt good too.

He almost hated himself as he let out another groan. His hands gripped Fleck's ass harder as his tongue followed Fleck's bloodied one, encouraging it back into his mouth.

Dicks groan and enthusiastic push into the kiss made Fleck groan quietly.

His hands dropped to grip Dick's thighs, and in one swift move, turned them, hoisting Dick up and pinning him to the wall with his hips.

His tongue pressed into Dick's mouth at the insistence, deepening the bloody kiss.

He parted their lips just a moment to gasp as his back hit the wall. Then quickly he locked their lips together. Another, much louder groan, caught the back of his throat.

Free hands clasped the side of Fleck's head to keep him close. His fingers laced into the carefully done braid, loosening it up. Uncaring if he snagged on a knot or pulled a little too harshly.

The occasional hard pull at one of his braids just had Fleck pressing closer, kissing deeper for a moment, before pulling back and falling into a tease; tracing Dick's bloody lip with his tongue, capturing and suckling his upper lip slightly, letting his fingers brush at bare skin as he pushed his hands under Dick's shirt a little.

His hips pushed firmly against Dick's and he grunted quietly.

The light teasing left him wanting more. Deeper kisses, their tongues tied together and the taste of Fleck's blood in his mouth - which was now only lingering after he swallowed.

A shiver ran through him and his skin rippled at the unexpected touch under his shirt. Despite his head being clouded with need and want, he still untangled a hand for the braid to prevent the hand creeping up further.

He cursed and gasped in all one breath as he accidently squeezed the hand harder than intended. In the next breath, he rolled his hips forward.

Fleck grunted, a distinctly pained rather than pleasured sound, when his wrist was squeezed hard.

He tried to muffle the sound. It hurt enough to draw a reaction, but it wasn't terrible. His boyfriend was a confirmed worrier, though. If he caught wind of the reaction, he'd certainly overreact. He didn't want that.

Especially with the way Dick's hips were moving against his own.
