Strange Encounters ((WARNING: May contain mature content maybe))

Avira hadn't slept in several days. This wasn't unusual, but it was starting to weird out some of the other residents, he could tell. He'd sat in the library two days straight, in the same spot, with the same pile of books. He was pretty sure he'd terrified at least one person.

It was nighttime now, but Avira still had no interest in sleep, and more than that he had nowhere to go. His room was barren, he still hadn't unpacked, the feeling of a "home" still not sinking in. He'd been pretty much everywhere but the artillery room, because he wanted nothing to do with weapons until he'd stopped being so....on edge.

So here he was, on the roof, wondering how much Caterva was going to slice him to shreds when he returned. The cats didn't like him leaving without notifying them before he did. Ignis usually just glared at him when he came back, but Caterva tended to give him a few good bites and scratches.

He sat on the railing around the roof, staring out at the ocean in silence, amethyst eyes glittering in the moonlight. His long hair was still back in a ponytail, as ever, this time with a green ribbon, and he wore a gray shirt that fell off one shoulder completely just to stay on the other.

What was he doing out here? He had no idea. Staring at the skyline, letting the wind tug at his hair and paint it across the dark sky like another milkyway.

Ignicio pushed the door that opened up onto the roof open, whistling a cheery tune as he swung a large tub of mayonnaise by its plastic handle.

In the short time that he had been awake, he had quite effectively messed up the Ballroom and Library to the point of chaos. His next victim was the roof. Then he'd disappear off to tell Giacinto that the mansion was a mess and she'd send Dick to clean it up. Putting the younger vampire in a fowl mood.

He loved annoying Dick.

His whistling stopped, though, when he caught sight of someone sat on the railings. From this angle the Incubus couldn't tell if the person was male or female. He would have assumed that the long white hair automatically made the figure female if he didn't have long hair himself.

"Yo." He was casual, as if walking onto the roof with a bucket of mayonnaise was a completely normal thing to do.

...For him, it probably was.

Avira felt someone approaching, heard the door open, and felt them come up onto the roof. And inwardly he was tensing and readying for a strike that maybe would or would not come, regardless of surroundings. Whoever the vampire was that had entered, he was old, and strong, and Avira was partially scared to death.

He didn't like when people were stronger than him, AND probably smart enough for him to lose the element of strategy, should they attack.

However he was greeted, and some part of him just all but cowered in a corner. Confident enough to announce presence openly, his mind whispered, but he shut himself up.

This was a safe-haven, right? This was supposed to be safe. He needed to stop...being so...bounty-hunterish, about everything.

".........Hello." he answered at last.

As ever, his voice, nothing more than a melodious murmur, was carried by the wind, making him wonder if he'd even been heard.

"Oh, you're male...?" Now, he hadn't been expecting that. But the voice was definitely male.

He dropped the bucket at his feet and strolled over to the other man, leaning against the railing and looking out over the pleasant view. His ruby red eyes scanned the horizon, looking for any sign of trouble. He knew that this place was safe enough, but it was always a good thing to make certain.

"It's peaceful up here, eh?" He liked the roof. He could be found up here a lot. Either the roof or the ballroom were his main haunts in the mansion. Or the dungeon if Giacinto demanded.

"I'm Ignicio. And you?" He finally looked up at the man ...and had to hold in an appreciative murmur. Well now, he's good looking.

Avira tensed for less than a millisecond as the other approached, and by the time he was leaning against the railing beside him, he was back to relaxed. The younger vampire didn't turn his eyes from the horizon, trying to keep himself calm and steady.

"...Avira Revenwyte." he answered at last, voice calm and quiet as ever.

The wind tugged at his hair again and he was moved to brush his bangs behind his ear again, slender fingers getting tangled in the silver white strands. He got them settled eventually and went back to staring out into the nothingness of the sky, expression mostly blank.

He kind of wished Caterva were there, or Ignis. He was less awkward when his cats were around, but today he just seemed to be unlucky.

The Incubus watched the vampire intently, silently. His ruby eyes flickering over him, taking in everything from the pale white skin (so much paler than his own, he noted) to the silver-white hair that trailed down his back.

His hand twitched as he began brushing his hair away from his face. Was the idiot clueless, tempting him or did he think the Incubus was straight?

"It's a pleasure, Avira." He tore his eyes from the younger vampire, staring intently at the horizon again, looking for non-existent enemies.

"How are you liking the mansion so far? Anyone given you any trouble?"

Avira tried not to think too hard about his answer, or be too unnerved by the flickering red gaze. Just answer, he told himself, just...answer.

"I do not....interact much." he murmured lowly. "This place is...pleasant enough."

That was saying a lot, coming from him. He was horrid at explaining himself and worse at vocalizing his thoughts, he was aware he was awkward and miffed he'd probably come off as rude. Again.

He sighed as the wind grabbed at his hair again, catching his ponytail as it tried to whip over his shoulder.

The silver strands tangled around his hands again, and he quietly set about untangling them, his fingers slipping through the mass of white locks easily. His amethyst eyes turned back down to his hair, watching as he worked the little knots out and stroked over the silver.

His shirt seemed to decide that shoulders were for sweaters, slipping partially down his other shoulder which it had been staying up on, and further off the one it had not been. He wanted to glare at it and tell it that it was meant to be COVERING his chest, not trying to reveal it, but that would make him seem insane, so he kept the thought to himself.

He chuckled quietly. "Social outcast, eh?" There seemed to be a lot of them here at CdS. "It seems the only one that isn't a social outcast here apart from Vashka is Giacinto."

"Well, you're not mortally wounded yet so I'd say its been pleasant enough for you." He grinned to himself as memories of Giacinto passed through his head. If you got on the bad side of her you'd more than likely end up with a rather nasty - if not mortal - injury. He'd received many said injuries in his time with her.

His eyes snapped back to the man when white flashed in his vision. Avira's hair had caught in the wind again.

He watched, transfixed, as the man's slender fingers ran through the silver hair.

A strangled noise left his throat when the man's shirt slipped off his shoulders.

With great effort, he tore his eyes from the man perched next to him and took a step away from him, clutching onto the railing tightly. Damn, damn, damn.

Avira of course, heard the strangled sound and frowned slightly. His first change in expression since the other had arrived.

At long last he turned, eyes a shade darker, more morning glory now that they were no longer facing the moon. He gazed at the other vampire quietly, head cocked to the side in wordless questioning.

His hands were still untangling his hair, and his shirt seemed to decide that revealing his collarbone and shoulders was quite enough...for now at least. That was better than it continuing to slip at the very least, he supposed.

"Is something wrong?" he asked at last, a small frown creasing his brow.

His grin tightened on the railings, eyes not straying from the horizon.

"Nothings wrong." His voice was quiet, controlled. His mind, however, was not.

His mind was in shambles. Underneath the vampiric power, he was just a man. A man that liked other men. A man that liked other men with a very pretty man sat besides him, tempting him.

...Damn.

Avira didn't believe the other for a second, but he neglected to say anything more. it wasn't his place nor his right to say anything. He did not know this man and more than that, this vampire was his elder. He was to hold his tongue.

Instead, Avira turned on the railing, swinging his legs around the other way so his back was to the skyline. He'd given up straightening his hair, and decided to just redo the whole thing.

He flicked his hair over his shoulder, then decided to pause to stretch, oblivious to his shirt riding up as he stretched his arms over his head. Lowering his arms, Avira reached back and undid the tie on his hair, letting it cascade down his back in a silvery waterfall. With the moon behind him, it looked almost like a halo.

Then of course, he went about putting it up again, quietly tying it back, carefully catching the stray strands.

Ignicio let out a loud groan when the man besides him stretched. "Send me to Hell in a handbasket."

And then he lashed out, stepping closer, arms banding around Avira's slim waist as he leaned up to give the younger vampire a fierce kiss.

His barely maintained control had been forgotten.

All Avira caught was a groan from the other, and he was about to ask if he was REALLY okay, when Ignicio moved.

He just had time to tie his hair back again when arms folded around his waist, and a moment later rough lips caught his. This was not, admittedly, Avira's first kiss, nor his second, but it was the first in a very very very long time. To be honest, he'd utterly and completely forgotten how to go about responding, or what even the proper response was.

Instead, he just kind of let himself be kissed, and when the other vampire pulled back, he blinked at him quietly, cocked his head to the side and said (in an utterly and all too innocent voice);

"What exactly was that for, sir?"

"Christ..." He dropped his head onto Avira's shoulder. Was it even possible for someone to be as old as him yet so clueless?

"You're so damned clueless!"

His self control had left him as soon as the man had begun stretching. And so had the filter between brain and mouth, apparently, because what he said next was something he probably wouldnt have said it if he wasnt as riled up as he was.

His rough hand slid under Avira's shirt, running up his stomach slowly.

"You're sexy and you're tempting me. I'm at my wits end with sexual frustration and I want to screw you.."

Well, Ignicio, that was subtle.

Avira was usually the epitome of stoicism. Nothing could break through his shell. He was emotionless at the best times, and a block of ice the rest. Or so he seemed, anyway.

In reality, he was actually quite awkward and shy and unsure of himself. That being said, when thrust into a situation such as this, well...

In under seconds, Avira went from emotionless and curious to bright red and thoroughly embarrassed. His cheeks were flushed a pretty rose color, his amethyst eyes swimming with confusion and surprise.

He lacked a response. But he didn't pull away, at least. Skittish, a little nervous, but not unintrigued. It had been all too long since he'd been touched, or really given any proper attention. He wasn't sure what to make of it.

Ignicio felt the heat of the other man's blush and grinned a little, pressing his lips against the bared skin of his shoulder.

"Is silence all you're going to give me?" he asked, arms tightening around his waist pulling him closer, kissing a path from his shoulder up to his lips.

Well, he thought, silence is better than outright rejection.

In all honestly, the Incubus was expecting rejection.

Avira couldn't help sucking in a breath as Ignicio's lips pressed to his shoulder, then tracked up to his lips. He suppressed a small strangled sound, his body unsure how to handle the strange sensations. Not new, but so very foreign.

Lips pressed to the corner of his own and he blushed, nibbling his bottom lip shyly. He had a feeling he'd be doing a lot of blushing very soon.

"M-my apologies sir..." he managed to stammer, embarrassed with himself. "I, uhm.....it has been........a very long time since I've.......even really been looked at properly."

Be wondered if that even marginally summarized what he meant.

It wasn't just that he hadn't slept with anyone in a very long time. It was that he hadn't slept with anyone or spoken with anyone or touched anyone even innocently, let alone been touched. He had no idea what in the hell he was doing.

Ignicio cocked a brow, not believing the man's statement. "Its been a long time since you've been looked at properly, or its been a long time since you've noticed anyone looking at you?"

He was certain that people had been looking at this beautiful man. Hell, if Giacinto had ever met him, he was sure she had sized him up. Giacinto had a thing with long hair.

"Because, I assure you, people have been looking. You're far too good looking for people not to." he wasnt trying to flatter the man; he was being entirely truthtful.

Avira blushed once again, irritated his own predication on the matter was coming true.

He reached his own shaking hand up to brush his hair back, trying not to concentrate on the hand still resting on his stomach.

"I....usually go unnoticed." he said shyly. "I blend in... and am not often seen....let alone spoken to or...touched..."

And those who did notice or touch him usually ended up dead, because most often they were targets. And that meant he intended to kill them, and that which Avira intended to kill, usually died.

Right now though, he wasn't sure what to do besides glance shyly up at the older male through his lashes.

He snorted a soft laugh. "Good luck going unnoticed here, lover. People will want to see you. Speak to you." He leaned forwards, lips brushing against his ear as his hand trailed slightly high, calloused fingers brushing against Avira's smooth flesh. "Touch you."

He leaned down again, pressing his lips against the younger male's for another kiss. That shy look was seriously endearing.

Avira hadn't blushed this much in.......well a very very very long time. Ignicio wasn't helping either, smirking and purring in a way that made Avira (who had been sure he'd abstained himself into asexuality) tremble slightly.

The kissed weren't helping, nor the hand petting his stomach. As he'd said, he hadn't been touched in a very long time, and thus, wasn't sure how to react.

Somehow his hands, instinct leading them most likely, found their way to Ignicio's shoulders, gripping lightly as some kind of support, something to hold onto as reality. Or at least keep him stable.

Avira was still blushing when Ignicio pulled back once more, and swallowed shyly. He supposed he wouldn't be TOO against going a round (or two) with Ignicio. wasn't like he had anywhere else to be or anything else to do.

The man's little smirk widened when he felt Avira tremble. Well, well, looks like he was as unaffected as he thought~

He leaned forwards, kissing down his neck again slowly, tongue lapping out occasionally.

When he found a spot he liked, he began nipping and sucking, creating a decent sized hickey.

Avira knew when he was being marked, and his prouder side was miffed, if not outright annoyed. He hid it though, mostly because that was outweighed by the soft voice telling him this wasn't so bad.

What would it hurt?

That in mind, Avira tilted his head back, offering more of his pale skin to the vampire's fangs. Now wasn't that ironic.

"Y'know, before you, I've only ever had two vampires offer their necks to me." His gums throbbed for a moment before a set of pearly white fangs snapped down.

His tongue laved over Avira's skin a few times before his fangs pierced it.

His reaction was immediate. His free hand buried itself in Avira's silver hair, pulling him closer as a load moan rumbled in his chest. Vampire blood had a certain taste to it that human blood lacked.

Avira sucked in a sharp breath as Ignicio's fangs dug into his neck and then broke the skin, blood flowing freely.

He had never really stuck around to ask his human meals what it felt like to be bitten, so he couldn't be entirely sure. But he knew what it felt like to him. White hot pleasure-pain racing up his spine and shocking at his neck, making him arch and whimper in an all too feminine manner.

Avira's body wasn't obeying him, arms tentatively slipping around Ignicio's neck, and the rest of him relaxing to allow the other to pull him close.

In all honesty, he didn't mind the biting. In his family, they had been allowed to drink from one another or their human family members, depending on preference. He'd drunk from his mother a few times when they'd been traveling.
