Aodh's Challenge

Aeker gave a soft murmur as lips trailed down his neck.
"I'm marrying a cruel man."
He muttered softly before kissing him back, he agree though, he didn't want tonight to be taken over by sex, though anyone would struggle to resist Aodh when he was naked in the bath, illuminated by nothing but the weak candlelight.

The Vampire's arms tightened around the Lycan, a soft growl rumbling in his chest as he was lifted up. He hadn't allowed Aodh to carry him when he was at death's door, he wouldn't do so now.

Aeker landed on his feet as he was dropped and huffed softly, sweeping the length of his hair from clinging to his body and ringing it out as best he could.

"Yes you are."

Aodh could be cruel man. But that wasn't a cruel decision. If anything it was one of the smartest things he had done since they had gotten together.

He chuckled when Aeker growled at him.

He loved annoying the Vampire with little things like that. It was so damned amusing.

Aodh stretched, padding into the bedroom without even getting himself a towel. Water dripped to the floor, leaving little puddles and wet patches on the floor as he walked towards the bed.

Aeker sighed softly as he toweled himself off, Aodh was going to slump onto the bed dripping wet and soak the covers again.

He was glad that he was a Vampire, at least his core temperature stayed constant no matter how hot or cold it got, his body was completely self-regulated.

Once he was dry he made his own way back into the bedroom, clutching onto the book and notes that he had collected and placed them carefully in his bedside table, he wanted to keep those forever.

True to Aeker's thoughts, Aodh just slumped onto the bed and rolled over, drying himself with the covers of the bed.

As he always did.

It was a bad habit that he had never bothered trying to break.

He grumbled softly, curling up when Aeker appeared and slid his book into his bedside table.

The Vampire slipped on some underwear, Aodh hadn't yet convinced him to sleep naked but he was drawing closer.

He hopped onto the bed and curled up behind the damp Wolf, wrapping his arms around him and holding him close.

Aeker kissed the back of his neck softly, nuzzling his face in the man's damp hair.

"Schätzchen."

He muttered softly before pulling him closer.

Aodh nuzzled back against Aeker, purring softly as he leached the Vampire's heat.

He enjoyed stealing peoples heat and when the Lycan was cold right after a bath, Aeker was a lot warmer than him.

"Ja?" he murmured softly in response to the murmur of his pet name.

German. It had been a while since they had talked in German.

"Du machst mich so glücklich."

He responded, his words slightly muffled as his face was nestled in the Lycan's bright orange locks.

When he had first come to the coven he never would've thought that he would find love, he was here to look after his sister and instead had built a life for himself.

Nothing could make him happier at this point, he had almost everything he had ever wanted.

His hands searched out Aeker's, weaving his fingers with the Vampire's fingers with a soft smile.

"Und du machst mich glücklich, zu."

He hadn't thought he'd find this when he first arrived.

He had come here with Alek looking for Tony. That was all. And now... Now he had so much more.

That same smile was spread across Aeker's face, everything had fallen together so perfectly, granted they had gone through quite a lot together but they made it through and now they had something worth fighting for.

His hand gripped onto Aodh's softly, there was no longer a need for words, embracing the man like this, that was all he needed right now.

To be close to him, to have him in his arms, that was enough, more than enough.
