she raised an eyebrow and lowered her weapons.

Valora could sense this person was skilled....maybe not as much as her family and herself....but a challenge none the less. she also sense he meant no harm

Valora Morgenstern of the the Warrior Vampire family...pureblood.

this person was curious. he was a dhampire...but not a vampire and human hybrid....but something else...something far older. his hair and eyes were unusual as well.

looking at the Dhampire, she could see that he was obviously a fighter, and enjoyed the thrill of fighting and hunting. he also appeared quitely confident and a little cocky.

" it is a pleasure to meet you" Alexander bowed again, his black trench coat revealing a hilt on his back as he did.

Alexander look at Valora's blades with curiosity.

"that is an interesting weapon you are wielding, may i enquire where you got them?

clutched her blades a little protectively, fingers tracing the edges of the folded titanium blades and silver hilt

family heirloom....been passed down for generations...the blades pick the owners. they hadn't chosen anyone for millennias until i touched them...they're rare. no one knows of their origin

Valora sheathed her weapons, fingers lingering on the silver handles that looked like molten metal with black jems inlaid into the metal. they were her prized possession. she tended to them daily and always made sure they were in mint condition. the blades seem to love the attention

it was the only thing that accepted her for who she was

Alexander nod.
"They are beautiful. And i can see that you care for them greatly, i respect that."

"i hope to see you again. Maybe we could spar soon, you seem skilled. It would be an honour."

she smiled a little. she liked the general feel of this creature before her.

hey.....i'm bored now.....wanna spar? it's been a while since i've just had a relaxed sparring session with someone that was actually a challenge. you don't seem easy to beat *grins wickedly, exposing her fangs* seems like a lot of fun to me

with the idea of a fight, she becomes less cold, but her nicer and calmer side seems to take a back seat to her much more animalistic side, but that was always controlled and tempered because of her training

Alexander laughs excitedly
"i like your style but alas i must decline at this moment in time. Perhaps a rein check.

Alexander looks toward the hyper girl still holding a rapier

"It would seem that you have a prior engagement anyway."

shrugs

she can play with Lyssum....she wouldn't be a challenge really. she'll have fun with her...besides....i don't like fighting with children. it's not something that sits well with me i'm afraid.

Valora sighed quietly. her fun had been taken away from her, but she grinned.

are you sure you don't wanna play? not often to get a chance really....i wanna size up my opponents. *begins circling in an almost feline like manner, every muscle moving sinuously as she watched Alex* come on....play with me she practically purred as she withdrew her daggers again, the half light flashing off of their well polished and maintained blades

Alexander scratches the back of his head and absently touches the hilt his sword twice. He watches valora pacing and smiles.

"Hmm you remind me of my wife. She too always got her way"

Alexander then smiled slyly

Valora grinned wider, eyes now red, in full hunter mode

then indulge me a little *continued to pace*

she wanted to play, and began twisting and swinging her blades around expertly, her footwork never faltering and predatory gaze never leaving Alex

Alexander smiles a small glint in his eye

“ Konari, seems like we have a challenge”

Alexander removes his coat and draws his glowing sword, sliding his hand along its edge and stoping at the gem that was now glowing gently

“now shall we use only our wits and blades or would you prefer to go all out?”

Again Alexander smiles

grins broadly

all out attack. wits should already be involved, and a true sparring sessions challenges all aspects of a fighter *chuckles* and it's more fun

she briefly wondered who Konari was, but she figured she'd soon figure out.

Valora, as soon as she saw the blade couldn't help but admire it. it really was beautiful, and looked dangerous

also, she got to play with someone. she found a new playmate

she couldn't hold back the growl of appreciation

" so shall we begin?"

Alexander raises his sword infront of him poised and ready.

He then watched Valora for any signs of fear or agressive movements

Valora suddenly lashed out, appearing right in front of Alex, punching him in the gut hard before flipping back

*chuckles* gotta be faster than that *grins*

she wanted a challenge, and wasn't going to back down or go easy

Alexander takes the blow and smiles seeming unphased by it.

"this is going to be fun"

Alexander rushes past her with imense speed and hits her in the back with the hilt of his sword before turning to face her once more.

"fast enough for you?"

Alexander was a seasoned fighter and was not going to go down easy

Valora winced as he'd hit an old wound that never healed properly, but hid it and grinned back

he was fast and determined.

lashing out again, she ran forwards, eyes glinting and kicked him hard in the ribs, winding him a bit before punching him with the hilt of her daggers swiftly before going low and sweeping his legs out from under him

Alexander groans as Valora hits him with the daggers and rolls over to break his fall after being tripped before jumping back up and charging her.

alexander smiles while using his sword to hit both of her knives outwards and then thrusts his foot hard into her chest knocking her back slightly before ducking low and sweeping her legs out from underneath her


hmph, this women is quite skilled... i wonder

she hit the floor hard, but paid no mind to it before flipping up on to her feet again, gasping a little for breath.

clutching her daggers tightly, she quickly backed off until her breath had been caught again.

grinning darkly, she clicked her fingers and a flame appeared in her hand, due to Fire being one of her Major magic talents
without waiting, she through the ball of fire at Alex's feet, startling him, and sued the opportunity to quickly maneuver to his back, kicking it hard

Alexander was surprised by the fire but was unafraid.
alexander went with the force of the kick and using his agile feet kicked off the nearby wall to face Valora once more.

" intresting, well my dear if you wish to play with fire...the be prepared to be burned

he thrust his empty hand towards her expelling a ball of blue flame at her as fire being one of his major powers and hits her with a force that knocks her off her feet

she hadn't expected that

she flew across the room, and skidded across the floor, but used the momentum to roll to her feet, wincing.

damnit man! you burnt my shirt! *grins*

the burns on her torso wasn't too bad. she had had much worse than that and easily ignored them as she used darkness, dragging the shadows along the floor and coiling around his legs before she round house kicked him into the far wall

Alexander tries to move his legs but to no avail. he folds slightly as he is hit and hits the back wall leaving a small crack in it.

"hmm nicely done but not very original im afraid

a glint appeared in his eye as he stood back up


alexander smiles before seemingly rushing past valora but at the same time standing perfectly still.

Valora is then hit from behind square on the back by the hilt of a sword.

falls to the ground, but quickly rolls out of the way of the double ganger

interesting.....a mirror image! how interesting *chuckles, and quickly slashes through the image's middle and stabbed it in the head with her other dagger after flipping back to her feet*

without hesitating, she slit her wrist, not too deep, but deep enough for blood to pulse out. concentrating slightly, she made the blood droplets hover in the air before stretching out into thin needles and they flew towards Alex, flying straight through him. but missing vital points. she didn't want to kill him

Alexander groans in slight pain as the needles penetrate him.

he the looks up as he mutters a small incantation.

The spell becomes aparent when a flash of blinding light expels from his hands.

as the light fades alexander has closed the gap between them and thrusts his sword into valoras shoulder so as to hurt but not seriously wound

she cried out at the light. being a pureblood meant she was especially sensitive, and the pain was enough that she barely noticed Alex stabbing her shoulder.

but she knew he had, and so kicked him hard in the gut, sending him flying back.
she ripped the blade from her shoulder, throwing it to the ground as she hunched over slightly, covering her eyes.

fuck, that stung like a bitch

however, she wasn't defenceless yet, and still paid attention to her surroundings and Alex

Alexander went skiding backwards but remaind standing.
he then smiles and tuts
"you must be more careful. Konari wont like it"
he bows and smiles.
"isnt that right my Konari Narhethi?"

as he said the name the sword rose from the ground and returned to his hand.
