Awakening

Alexis growled at the blow to the ribs and whined as she punched her in the solar plexus.

A smirk spread across her face, the elf made the mistake of trying to best her in close combat.

She kicked the elf in the stomach and pounced on top of the elf as she fell to floor.

Alexis, pinned the woman to the floor and hissed at her, exposing her fangs and biting down on Sparrows neck.
Her fangs were narrow but razor sharp and tore through the fresh with ease.

Taylor barked out a yelp as she was bit

she was momentarily stunned, griping Alexis' shoudlers for a moment, and then came to her sesnse with a snap as she felt the creature drinking from her!

she hissed right back at her and kicked her off, making Alexis drag her fangs along Taylor's neck and shredding it a bit

she was also smarting form the kick to her stomach and getting kicked down to the ground

quickly geting to her feet, she leaped backwards as she held her neck

she pulled her hand back from her wound, glaring at the blood

damn...creature drew first blood

what a pain

so she decided to return the favour

letting her whip coil back around her leg, she pulled out her gun 'Retribution', loaded with Explosive tipped Silver Magnesim rounds with silver casings

cocking it and taking aim, she shot at Alexis, but knew she wouldn't be able to hit dead on due to the other's speed

A moan ripped through the vampires throat as she swallowed the elf’s blood,
Alexis looked over to Sparrow with a smirk as she licked the blood from her lips, she had gone so long without proper blood.

She growled as Taylor drew her weapons, she remembered those guns, curse them.

She dodged to the side, the bullet grazing her shoulder, causing a wound.
She snarled, gripping her arm, it would heal fast enough but she disliked the fact that Taylor had drawn blood.

“Shall we stop playing around now Sparrow? I am growing bored of this warm up.”

She said, moving her arm from her shoulder to cover her mouth as she yawned.

Taylor chuckled, feeling Corbett coming through now, and this time submitted to her, she needed all the ruthlessness she could get

if you so wish.

at that, Taylor shot off the last of her bullets, catching Alexis's other shoulder and holstered her weapons

instead of fighting with guns and whips...she suddenly felt the urge to forget mundane weapons and use something....with a bit more kick

lifting her arms high in the air, clenching her splayed hand into fists and brought them down harshly, yelling as the ground rumbled

she brought her fists down to the earth and giant fire jets erupted from the ground and lashed out at ALexis, the heat intense and causing heatwaves

“Hello Corbett, I’ve missed you.”

She cooed at the elf, a smirk plastered on her face.
The vampire snarled as a bullet struck her other shoulder; she was quickly getting sick of these games.

Alexis’ gasped as fire erupted from the ground, she hated fire, kicking off of the ground she jumped into the air, screeching loudly as she began to transform her body, this was her newest partial transformation.

The sound of tearing filled the air as black plumage grew from her back, the wings of a raven sprouting from her shoulders.
With the first flap of her wings a spray of blood filled the air.

She took off through the air, narrowly avoiding the fire burning around her.

Taylor snickered, having remembered how she had hated fire, but was a little stunned as blood rained down form above, sizzling in the ehat and giving off the slight smell of burnt flesh

curling her lip, she growled at seeing Alexi high in the hair and hovering above the flames

roaring, she quickly threw her arms back up in that air, muscles straining as if she were dragging ehr arms through a thick liquid, and the flames rose higher, this time reaching the bottoms of her feet and skimming her wings

not feeling it was enough, she roared andcrouched and quickly rose her arms upwards again, making the flames reach a little higher and lash around

Alexis winced as the flame licked at her feet and wings,
she ground and swooped down, grabbing Corbett by her ankle and soaring up into the sky.

She smirk and threw the elf back at the ground, causing her to plummet to the ground.

She chuckled and landed in a nearby tree, her now damaged wings retracting back into her body.

Taylor gasped as she was yanked up into the air by her feet

she'd forgotten she hated heights

however, she pushed the thoughts back as Corbett urged her on and made her keep her cool

sh twisted in the air instead, so she would land on her feet with a cat like grace due to her Puma form coming through slightly, but she still wasn't 100% used to it and landed a little heavily and a shooting pain went straight up her legs to her knees

hissing, she had to catch herself a second before being able to stand up

she was highly irritated now, but it was still a cold rage now

i grow bored. do something entertaining Parasite isntead of just weakling attacks she said in a flat voice, her eyes halflidded again as she leapt forwards and up into the same tree as Alexis and knocked her out of it

they both fell to the ground havily, with Taylor on top

Alexis grunted as she landed roughly on her back, she look up at the elf, a smile spreading across her face.

“And with those words, you have signed your death warrant, Sparrow.”

Her smile slowly turned into a sneer as her head tilted backwards, her eyes slipped closed for a moment as her body began to tremble beneath the elf.

Her right hand clenched into a fist, that’s when it happened, as her eyes reopened her red pupils faded to black.

Alexis had let her insanity take control, no longer trying to conceal it, this was their final battle so she was not going to pull her punches.
She spoke through gritted teeth, her body shaking more violently as the flesh on her right arm began to tear.

“Let me show you my madness.”

Dark energy rolled off her in strong pulses as the blood that spilled from her arm writhed and coiled in the air, taking one a new form.

A purr escaped her lips as the ravens which had perched themselves in the nearby trees flocked down, combining themselves with the pulsing blood, the evil concoction wrapping itself around what was left of Alexis’ arm.
The grotesque creature roared manically as it took shape, the vampires arm had been replaced by a monstrosity, the head of a giant creature with teeth the size of daggers.

Its mouth snapped open as it lunged for Taylor, its jaws biting down on the elf’s torso with a sickening purr of pleasure.

Alexis giggled her voice lower and more menacing then it had been previously.

The vampire raised to its feet, lifting the elf into the air, the jaws of her creation bearing down attempting to bite the elf in half.

Taylor's eyes widened as she was suddenly grabbed around her torso by Alexis' creature

oh shite was the only thing she could think

she tried hard to not cry out as she felt the teeth beginning to cut down into her, but she couldn't help it as they buried deep into her stomach and right shoulder

she grabbed a hold of the creature's jaws and managed to push them open a little, allowing her to breathe, and used the moment to take a deep breath before the jaws snapped back down on her, deepening the wound, but she concentrated on instead clenching her two hands together in a single fist, raising it above her head and slamming it down on the cat creature's face, giant flames leaping form her hands and coiling around the creature tightly and burning it

she hoped it would be enough to make the craeture drop her or throw her to the side

she can't loose

not now

Alexis laughed as she looked at Taylor being crushed in her pets mouth.

"You poor deluded thing, you thought you could kill me."

The beast and the vampire were two separate entities now, they did not share each others pain, the creature shrieked as the scent of charred fur filled the air.

The beast bore it teeth down harder before throwing Taylor to the side, slamming the elf into a tree.

"Don't die on me yet Sparrow, I'm only just starting to have fun."

She added a grin spreading across her face as her non-deformed arm picked up the scythe that she had discarded.

Taylor chocked on her blood, ignoring the pain of being hit into a tree as the pain from the bite was more intense

Corbett was screaming in her mind to get up and carry on, to at least not die until she had defeated Alexis

damn that pet of hers

coughing up again, she forced herself to her feet, her expression remaining blank and stoney as she now pulled out her whips, muttering something in elven

fire erupted along the electrum of her whips, electricity sparking at the end of the iron tips

Taylor managed a quiet chuckle and dashed forwards, forgetting any and all pain to simply carry on, ignoring any message of any ailment she was currently sporting

she probably had a few broken ribs from being thrown into the tree

she ignored it

she was bleeding heavily from vitals and probably had internal bleeding

she ignored it

she would ignore Everything simply to defeat Alexis to safe her family

roaring at the top of her voice, baring her blood stained teeth in a feral growl, she lashed out with both of her whips with practiced skill

one whip lashed across Alexis' chest, and the other left deep lacerations on the cat creature's muzzle and face

i'm not goign to die any time soon parasite she said , her tone controlled and icy

A shiver ran up Alexis' spine, the air was filled with the scent of burning and elven blood, truly a magical evening.

The vampire and the beast writhed in unison, the magic imbedded in those whips had left nasty wounds that burned the surrounding flesh.

Alexis hissed angrily and lifted her scythe into the air, though instead of counter attacking she brought the blade down on herself, cutting off her mutated right arm.

She smirked at the elf as the beast neck extended and it grew legs of its own. Alexis knew her right arm would return after she re-absorbed the beast but now it was two against one.

The beast bolted off, flanking the elf from behind as the vampire ran at full speed toward the elf, slicing her scythe into her as the monster went for her legs.

she'd barely noticed that the leaves and vines covering her had now turned into a hard armour made of ironbark, which added to her protection

however, as she hadn't noticed this, she coiled her whips, and waited

she ahd to time this perfectly

when they were at the perfect range she grinned

she lashed out with her whips, knowing that Alexis woud be slightly off balance with only one arm, while the craeture would take another moment to get used to its legs, and had her whips wrap around the craeture's forepaw and the other around Alexis' ankle

yanking hard, she made them loose their footing and fall, but the sheer strength needed to yank them down made her wounds bleed more and made her cough up more blood

her legs were beginning to get shakey as well

she also hadn't anticipated Alexis falling forwards...straight at her...with the scyth still raised

Alexis smirked, she made have been tripped up but Taylor had left herself injured and exposed.

Swiftly she twisted the scythe, the pointed end not aim at the sky, she landed in front of Taylor, whose hands were occupied with the whips tangled around her and her pets legs.

She grinned up at the elf before impaling her through the chest with her scythe with one fluid swing.

The elf's blood now painted the vampires face.
Her beast ran to her side, latching onto her shoulder and slowly morphing back into her arm.
With a giggle Alexis gripped the scythe with both hands and jerked it up roughly, pushing the blade further into the woman's chest, tearing the wound wider.

Alexis tore the blade out of Taylor's chest and threw it to the ground, gripping the elf by the throat before she had the chance to fall to her knees.
She smirked up at the elf whose toes dangled slightly off the ground as Alexis held her in place.

"Take solace in knowing I will mourn your death Sparrow, such a foe, undone so easily."

Taylor didn't even have a chance to cry out in pain as she was torn through with the scyth at first, but when it was pushed deeper into hr chest she screamed

she couldn't hold it in

her heart beat painfully fast against the scythe, getting cut in the process

she chocked on more of her blood and bile as she retched and clutched onto the weapon weakly

she gasped raspily as the blade was pulled out of her again and threw to the ground

she saw blackness at the corners of her vision, and corbett was deathly silent

Taylor still let out a strangled smile as she was held up off of the ground, bleeding heavily and just about breathing

well, dear Parasite. it is such a damn honour to have you mourn me. i'm glad someone as pitiful as me made such an impact on your life and made a good century of it as torture from being bound in a box without killing anything. i do hope to encounter you in the next life though....my sheer will won't let it be any other way she gargled out weakly, her eyes half lidded and the brightness fading as she felt life slowly slipping away

then she went slack

Zeke knew from the beginning that he would betray Taylor's wishes,
he would not let the girl die, he couldn't, she was apart of their pack now.

Watching her get ran threw by the blade had been the final straw, it was time to intervene.
"Moe..."

He growled under his breath, his body shaking angrily.
He glance at the girl who stood beside him, he was not happy about her witnessing what was happening to her sister but it could not be helped, he needed her here.

"We have to stop this."

With that he transform into a wolf, his mouth curling up into a snarl as he bolted toward the women feuding in the field.

Moe, I'll distract the vampire, grab Taylor, you're faster than I am, get her out of there!

He snarled, bounding towards the vampire and his full speed, ramming his body against Alexis, knocking her off of feet.

He grabbed the vampire's ankle and flung her as far as he could, trying to buy some time for Moe to get Taylor to safety.

The woman stared at her sister and the vampire silently, standing at Zeke's side.

Her hands rested on her forearms, covered by the sleeves of her kimono, eyes almost emotionless.

Her head bobbed and she watched the wolf bound towards the vampire before she darted towards the elf.

"Open your eyes," she ordered quietly in a hard voice as she bent to sling one of Taylor's arms over her shoulders, arm curling around the woman's waist.

Taylor didn't make a sound, only just breathing

she didn't have the strength to open her eyes more thn just enough to show a lifeless violet

as moe made her stand, she couldn't make herself move and her head flopped forwards

she only barely registered she was moving becuase of the intense pain increasing

she could only blankly stare at the ground and feel her blood draining away

but then she noted that zeke and moe were the ones helping her

a finger twitched

Alexis snarled in rage as she was torn away from her prey.

"You'll pay for this mutt!"

She screamed as she moved swiftly, picking up her scythe.
She charged at the wolf, she would rid herself of the annoyance swiftly before Sparrow bled drys
she was determined to fulfill her promise of draining the last of the Elf's life from her with her own fangs.

She swung the blade right at the wolf at a blinding speed, aiming to decapitate him.

Zeke snarled and barely dodged the blade, she was fast, extremely fast.
He wanted to look back and make sure the girls were alright but taking his eyes off of the vampire for even a moment would prove fatal.

He knew Moe, despite their feuding would do everything in her power to save their sister. That thought was enough for him to remain focused on the current threat.

A vampire could not over power a lycan in close range combat and that scythe was only useful to her if he was a few feet away from her.

He flanked her from the side, avoiding the blade and pounced on her, pinning the vampire to the ground as he bore his fangs deep into her neck.

"I said open your fucking eyes," she growled softly as she darted away from the two fighting, towards the tree line.

Her eyes flickered back toward Zeke and Alexis, then to Giacinto, just stood watching silently.

"Be safe, Zeke," she whispered as she dragged Taylor through the trees some feet.

She laid the woman against a trunk and knelt at her side. "Open your eyes. If you give up, I'll never forgive you."

she opened her eyes a little more, her eyes having a single spark of life left

the tree' branches gravitated towards her

tired......imou...to.....fight.....no more.... she mumbled, her head falling forwards again, but her eyes just about remained open

she didn't want to upset moe any more

no more hurting her family

shoulda....left me.......not worth...it she gurgled, coughing harshly and bringing up more blood and bile, the substance splattering across her chest and hands as she tried to cover her mouth

Alexis snarled as the wolf latched onto her throat, blood spilled from her mouth she the lycan tore into her neck.

Struggling against his weight she managed to grasp onto the handle of her scythe, while the weapon was of no use to her now the blade that was concealed in its handle was.

With a metallic clink the dagger slid free from its casing, she wrapped her free arm around the lycan's body, holding him against her torso as she plunged the dagger threw his shoulder.

She smirked as the distinct sound of sizzling flesh filled the air, the blade was silver plated, poison to the lycan.

She burst into manic giggles and she pushed the writhing lycan from body, standing to watch as he body contorted in agony.

It was too late when Zeke realized what the vampire was doing, she had him pinned.
He cursed his hot headed nature, he had ran straight into a trap.

Zeke howled in agony, he had not expected the blade to be laced with silver.
His shoulder was burning, the blade had punctured his lung.
He rolled onto his back, changing back into his human form and pulling the blade from his chest.
He clutched the wound and wailed so loudly that it could of woken the dead.

He could not open his eyes, he was paralyzed in pain.
His back arced as his body shook in violent spasms, his entire body felt like it was on fire, a pain he could have never imagined.
His breath came in panicked gulps as he writhed on the floor.
