Zakhar writhed a little when the silver pressed against his skin.

The amount of silver was small so it would only leave a slight burn and the pain wasn't too much to hand.

It wasn't discomfort that had the man writhing like he was.

The Lycan gave a low whine.

The jaguar's fangs dug into the lycan's throat until they broke the skin and the taste of blood spread over his tongue.

His teeth had left a decent size hole which his pushed his tongue into, forcing the silver into the wolf's bloodstream.

When used like this even a small amount of silver could do damage, but Zakhar was quite a large wolf so he was not sure how much it would effect him.

The chains which he wore around his wrists and ankles also pressed up against the wolf. He hoped that the very least the wolf would shy away so he could get up again and run.

Tyrael had no such luck.

Zakhar knew he was going to get poisoned form the silver being shoved into an open wound but he wasn't overly worried about it.

He'd have Evgeni clean out the wounds later.

Right now, though, he was far too busy to do that.

He shifted back, his hands wrapping around the jaguar's neck, thumbs pressing against his throat. "Shift back," he ordered around a groan.

His eyes narrowed as he glared up at the man, hissing loudly in defiance, why should he do anything this man told him to?

He attempted to bite the man’s hand as it wrapped around his neck, his teeth managing to dig into his wrist as he again pressed the silver bar against his skin.

The jaguar’s claws raked at Zakhar’s sides, cutting deep gases into his flesh. If the man would not get off of him, he sure as hell would inflict as much damage as possible until he let go.

He dug his knee painfully into the jaguar's gut.

He gave a little moan when the cat's teeth sank into his skin, squeezing his hands around the jaguar's throat a little harder, moaning again much louder when the silver burned at his skin.

Out of everything he enjoyed, being burned was one of his favourites. He loved the smell of burned flesh ticking his nose.

"Shift back," he growled.

He whined loudly as the knee was forced into his stomach, his breath coming in ragged pants the hands tightened around his throat.

He shifted back into his Elven form the second time he growled but not because the Lycan had ordered him to.

So far only one this he had done had managed to stop the Lycan for a moment.

He reached his arm up and wrapped it around Zakhar's throat, blasting him with all the strength he could muster, this bolt far stronger that the times he had shocked him days earlier.

"Shock collar for the disobedient dog." He choked with a smirk as he felt the Lycan's muscles spasm.

Zakhar yelled out loudly when he was shocked.

Fucking hell, he had almost forgotten how much that hurt in the last two days of sitting around waiting for Tyrael to make a move.

"Holy shit," he groaned loudly, slumping forwards, hands sliding from the man's neck.

The Elf panted heavily, his chest heaving with the effort it took the shock the man this powerfully.

Two days without food or water was taking its toll, even with the nutrients from the plants around him it wasn't enough to sustain him, even Elves needed actual food.

His body trembled as he continued to shock the man, his hand grasping tightly around his throat as he pushed the Lycan off of him once his own neck was free.

When he was sure the man would be immobilized for a while he let go, staggering to his feet as he back away from him, his eyes dazed from exhaustion.

Quickly he turned back into his jaguar form and ran towards the mansion, this time managing to get there.

Zakhar groaned as he was pushed to the side, laying still for a while, slowly recovering from the huge shock.

He really needed to be careful when dealing with the Elf.

He wouldn't make the mistake of letting his hands free like that again. There was no way he'd tolerate being shocked like that often.

Zakhar pushed himself to his feet and followed the Elf's scent in a shaky walk.

The jaguar made its way through the mansion, his breath coming in heavy pants as he made it to his room, shifting back and slumping in, locking the door behind him.

His body was shaking from using up so much energy, it wasn't easy keeping up that much electricity for that long.

He stumbled into the bathroom, locking that door behind him also as he slipped into the shower, letting the hot water sooth his aching muscles and letting his mouth hang open, taking a drink from the shower head, at this moment he didn't care if he was drinking hot water.

Running his hands through his hair, he shook his head in disbelief, that had been a close one, when Zakhar had pounced on him, he was convinced he was doomed.

Zakhar followed the scent of the man until he came to a door.

He jiggled the handle, pushing and pulling at the door. Nothing. Locked.

The Lycan barrelled into it with his shoulder with all the strength he could muster - which wasn't very much at the moment - in an attempt to knock the door down. No luck.

He growled and bashed his fist against the door a couple of times before slumping to the ground, arms crossing over his chest.

He had gotten away. After two wasted days of waiting around for him, the man had gotten away from him, all because he hadn't pinned his hands down! He cursed loudly in Russian, fist beating against the ground with one almighty bang before he stood and slumped off down the halls.

He was going to go get some food then hide out until his pride wasn't quite so bruised.

He had lost.
