Tattoos (Zakhar, Lino and Damien)

Damien sat cross-legged on the bed, humming as he rifled through his tool kit, getting out his tattoo gun and checking it over. He had had to get a new one recently after the old one had broken and he was still getting used to it. Taking out a black ink, he fitted it in the gun, placing the needle to his skin.

He winced as he started to tattoo his wrist, starting to outline a new moon on the side of his wrist, starting to become accustomed to the sensation.

Zakhar strolled back into the bedroom, brushing his damn hair out of his face, a grin curling his lips.

He had thoroughly enjoyed having Lino, showered then gone down to retrieve something for the two of them to eat. He worse his usual slacks and a plain white shirt, unbuttoned and sleeves down to his wrists instead of at his elbows.

His trademark black leather thong hung around his neck.

He glanced to the Lycan sat tattooing himself on one of the three beds that he and Lino didn't occupy.

Now there was an idea... How would his boy react to being tattooed?

Lino closed his eyes as the hot water ran down his body, soaking through his wavy brown hair.

He let his hands wash himself, running down his chest and to his stomach, lathering up some soap as he did.

He always loved the serene little moments he had like this, and showers were something that for whatever reason, Zakhar respected as private.

The pup took a deep breath and leaned back against the wall of the shower, sliding down it so he was sitting. After being with his Master his knees were weak and it was hard to stand sometimes.

He let his mind wonder elsewhere, thinking of all the encounters he's had with the residents of the coven thus far since he's moved in.

His finger twitched a little as the beat of a song ran through his head. Even when not physically listening to music the young man almost always had a tune in his head.

He'd be in there for a while.

Damien glanced up as an unknown man entered the room, flashing a grin at him before returning to his work, biting his lip as the needle met the skin again.

"Hey."

He hadn't seen this guy before. Might be kinda fun to wind him up... he had been bored for a while. And the kid he'd met before had walked away. The lycan pouted, taking a break for the moment to have a conversation.

"Who are you?"

Zakhar glanced back at the other Lycan with an arched brow.

Was he trying to make conversation.

"I am Zakhar Avdeyev," he murmured in a thick Russian accent. Might as well try and be social. It could set an example for Lino.

The boy needed to make friends.

He laughed at the cocked eyebrow, winking at him, eyes glinting in amusement. "Sociable bastard, aren't you? I'm Damien."

Well, it could be due to limited English, but oh well.

"Tattoo?" he offered casually.

The tone of his voice made it sound as though he were offering the man cake or a cup of coffee. Only he really took tattoos so lightly as quickly deciding to get one. It had led to him having a lot of tattoos which he had drawn rashly and kind of regretted, but there were a few which he had continued to like.

"Social, no. Bastard, yes."

His lips quirked upwards, silver eye glinting at they gazed upon the other Lycan.

Zakhar shook his head. "One is enough." He lifted his foot, showing off the small words tattooed on the heel of his foot.

He wouldn't get any more tattoos himself. His eyes turned to the bathroom door. But he would.

The young man washed the soap from his hair and finished rinsing off. He stood there idly for a few more moments until he finally cut the water off.

He grabbed the towel he had placed near the door of the shower and dried himself off before wrapping it around his waist. Stepping out he walked over to the door to his bedroom and opened it, expecting his Master to be the only other one in the room.

He took a few steps into the room towards where he had unpacked his clothes. He stared at the ground as he walked and as such he didn't notice the other man in the room with them.

As soon as his peripheral vision caught a glance of Damien the pup looked up and froze. That was the man he'd run into about a week ago! The one who'd thought it'd be funny to mess around with him. What was he doing here?

He had resolved not to tell Zakhar about that instance, knowing it would only upset the man.

He looked over at his master as if seeking some sort of answer to his questions as to what exactly was going on.

The younger lycan laughed. "One is never enough."

He took of his shirt to display his tattoos, which covered his back and chest in colours. Damien had long lost track of just how many he had, though he thought it must be approaching eighteen or nineteen.

Not bothering to put his shirt back on, he rolled onto his front to continue tattooing his wrists, frowning a little in concentration.

He lifted his head as Lino entered the room, flashing him a cheerful smile.

"Oh, hey pup. Was wondering when I'd see you again."

"Different people, different taste."

He wasn't a man that likes a lot of tattoos. One or two maybe, if they were sentimental.

Too many tattoos ruined the body in his opinion.

Zakhar glanced back and forth between the two of them with an arched brown. "Voi due vi conoscete?"

You two know each other?

Lino's expression hinted that of a glare when Damien spoke to him. He looked at the man, though didn't let their eyes meet. He looked at all of the different tattoos and how they littered the man's frame.

The boys sentiments on the subject were the same as his Masters. One or two tattoos with meaning was good. But too many made someones flesh look like graffiti to him.

"Ci siamo incontrati una volta. Non ho davvero voglia di parlare con lui però. Lui mi chiama 'puppy'". The boy said to his master, not taking his eyes off of the many tattoo's on Damien's body.

"We met once. I didn't really feel like talking to him though. He calls me 'puppy'."

The man cocked his head, frowning at them both in confusion. "Huh?"

He really didn't know any Italian. It was probably bad seeings as he lived here, but as he never really never went out of the mansion, he told himself it didn't matter. There seemed to be a lot of tourism round here, anyway, and a lot of people spoke English. Besides, he got enough business from tourists for tattoos.

"What are you saying?"

But it was mildly annoying feeling left out now.

"Oh?" He cocked his head to the side, crossing his arms over his chest as he gazed at the youngest Lycan.

"Puppy? Lui è un tipo coraggioso sciocco." How many people would openly call his boy a puppy? Suicidal ones perhaps.

"Merely talking." He waved a hand dismissively.

The young lycan stared at Damien a moment when he asked what was going on, leaving it up to Zakhar to answer if he wanted to.

Once he dismissed the other man Lino again turned his attention to the older wolf. "Che cosa ci fa qui comunque, Maestro?" He asked, voice soft.

He winced a little at the thought that this man was giving himself a tattoo. That had to be a decently high pain tolerance.

He was getting a little cold however, still being somewhat wet from getting out of the shower. He wanted to be able to change into his clothes without this person who was practically a stranger in the room to see him.

What is he doing in here anyway, Master?

An expression of annoyance flickered over his face as he went back to tattooing himself, growling softly under his breath.

Damien didn't mind people winding him up, being rude to him, getting angry with him, or even threatening him. He didn't even care if people hurt him. But the one thing that he couldn't stand was being ignored.

He wiped a few traces of blood off his wrist impatiently as he moved onto the colours, hissing at the pain. White was more painful on tattoos. It had to go through more layers of skin to work.

Zakhar shrugged.

"Vive probabilmente qui. Condividiamo una camera con altre due persone." He wouldn't be surprised if that was the case with the way he was lounged out on a bed tattooing himself.

"Cercate di essere piacevole."

His eyes then flickered to the working Lycan. "Do you tattoo other people?"

He probably lives here. We share a room with two other people.

Try to be pleasant.

Lino hoped that wasn't the case. The man had all ready picked on him before even knowing about what he and Zakhar did behind closed doors. If the lycan shared a room with them then there was a good chance that he would find out soon.

But from the looks of it his master was probably right. He looked down and nodded his head, turning to the dresser and pulling out some clothes that he could change into.

He listened in on their conversation despite looking distracted.

He quickly snapped into professional mode, wiping the needle off before setting it back down in its box. "Yeah, I'm a freelance tattooist. I rent a studio in town."

Opening a disinfectant wipe, he dabbed the new tattoo to clean it before stretching some clingfilm over the top and sealing it with tape.

"Why? Anyone you know interested?"

Zakhar's lips quirked upwards.

He had been thinking of having Lino get a tattoo for the best part of two months. now was the perfect opportunity.

The Lycan nodded. "Yes." He tilted his head towards Lino.s "Him."

Why not have it done now while the opportunity was laid out so perfectly for them? he had spent much time designing the tattoo and choosing the perfect place for it.

With one hand Lino held his new clothes to change into, with the other he held onto the top of his towel so it couldn't come lose around his waist.

He was just about to make his way back into the bathroom so he could get dressed when he heard what Zakhar said.

He whipped his head around and stared at his master with wide eyes, a visibly shocked expression on his young features.

"M-Me?" He stuttered, not believing his ears.

He cocked an eyebrow at the boy's response, mouth setting in a hard line. "I'll only do it if the kid agrees."

Not so much from a moral perspective. Morals weren't exactly his priority. It was more because if the kid struggled, it would be difficult to tattoo him, and he might get hit or kicked in the face and yadda yadda yadda. It was just difficult.

The man turned to Lino, cocking his head at him with a polite, professional smile. "You ok with this, pup?"

Zakhar nodded. That was fair enough.

The decision was entirely up to Lino whether or not he got tattooed or not and he could accept that.

He waited silently. Anything he said would influence Lino adn he wanted this to be his choice and his choice alone.

The boy looked back and forth between the two of them, surprised he was being given the option. He took a little breath in through his nose and let it out softly.

He wasn't really sure he trusted Damien but if Zakhar was here he was sure the man wouldn't be foolish enough to try and tattoo anything bad on him.

"W-what would eet beov?" He asked, voice soft. He wasn't against the idea of getting ink done, so long as it wasn't huge or flamboyant.

"Your choice." he assured him. Then considered the way their relationship came across, remembering the dog tag. "Or Zakhar's. If you trust him to choose for you."

The kid looked nervous. His mouth twitched. This could either be fun, or it could end up in the pup squiggling and squirming and making it really difficult to ink him. But he seemed like the type that would man up if he gave him a bit of a tough-love approach. Damien had perfected that approach after decades of practise.

Zakhar moved towards his bed, dropping to his knees and searching under the bed until he found a small leather-bound book.

He rifled through the pages as he strolled towards Lino.

Finally he found a loose square piece. "This." He showed his boy the decorative Z that he had drawn out, tracing his finger over the letter within the design.

And then he dropped to his knees, nudging the towel aside and pressing the paper to the boy's inner thigh, shifting aside so Damien could see. "Here." His eyes turned back to the tattooist. "Is possible?"
