[C] The Stake Out Empty
PostSubject: [C] The Stake Out   [C] The Stake Out EmptySun Jul 27, 2014 10:25 pm

Alyosha was bored.

Alyosha was about to punch someone.

That someone was stood right next to him, chatting in a falsely cheerful tone about every little thing that was happening around them.

That dog just pissed against the wall. Can you see the snow melting?

Hey, he just took a drag of something that was definitely not just tobacco.

Those two are gonna go to the nearest alley and fuck hard against a wall.

Alyosha didn't care about people.

There was just one person Alyosha had any interest in right now and that person was who he was waiting for.

He would have preferred to wait alone, but some cruel twist of fate had made sure that he was partnered with the one person that could irk him beyond belief when on jobs for the boss.

Alyosha was leant against his parked bike, his arms crossed over his broad chest.

His companion was stood besides him, grinning that annoying grin.

Alyosha wanted to punch someone.

Maks laughed a he watched some kids slipping on the icy pathway.

"Kids need to learn how to walk, shame they don't share a braincell among them."

He hummed softly as he looked up at Lyo as he leant up against the wall.

"Lyo looks pissed, as usual, work always makes him turn into a grumpy fuck, I wonder why he is mad this time.

Probably something I did, probably going to get hit."

Alyosha's eyes slid shut as the running commentary carried on.

One. Two. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Nine. Ten.

Not helping.

He unzipped the fur-lined jacket he was wearing and slid his hand into the sleeve, coming up with a packet of cigarettes he always had tucked into the rolled up sleeve of the black button-down he wore on jobs.

He touched the butt of one to his lips and picked it up, pulling the lighter out of the packet and sparking up.

He took a long, deep inhale as he slid the carton back in place. He didn't offer Maks one.

As the smoke filled his lungs, his blue eyes fluttered open to stare at the building opposite them. Their job still wasn't there.

That meant he still had to spend more time with Maks.

Alyosha still wanted to punch someone.

Maks watched as Lyo took out a smoke and lit it without offering him one.

The two of them shared most things so not being offered one was testament to how annoyed he was getting.

This just made Maks grin wider.

He always wanted Lyo's attention, even if it was negative attention.

He took his own packet out of his pocket and groaned when he saw it was empty, he was meant to pick some up on the way here. He crumbled it in his hand and tossed it into the ally.

The reason Maks was here with Lyo was because the boss knew no one could match his speed, all the strength in the world was no good if the guy they were after could out run them and get away.

Maks lunged forward and stole the cigarette from Lyo's lips, stealing a kiss before skittering away and purring as he took a drag from the stolen smoke.

"Thanks babe."

He chuckled, keeping a safe distance from the man to avoid getting struck.

Alyosha tensed up as he felt the cigarette butt being torn away from his lips and the warm brush of Mak's lips.

He growled softly, baring his teeth at the younger man as his hands clenched into fists.

He had most definitely needed that smoke and now he really felt the need to punch someone.

His sharp blue eyes glared at the man.

"You're not fucking walking tomorrow," he promised simply as he turned his entire attention back to the building.

His teeth were gritted and his fingers twitched slightly as he tried to reign in his temper.

Maks knew he was testing Lyo's patience and soon he would snap, no doubt making him live to regret pissing him off.

Still he couldn't help himself, he was insanely bored and being ignored.

"I hope that's a promise."

He replied with a purr, he knew how Lyo usually made it so he couldn't walk, he may end up in pain but he wouldn't say no to being taken by the man.

His gaze turned back to the building as he smirked.

"Lyo is mad, nearly at his breaking point, clearly he is paying me too much attention because he just missed the fact that our man just exited the building and is heading down the street. Trusty old hawkeye."

He teased before rushing pass Lyo to follow their target.

"How have you not been fired yet?"

A snorted laugh came from him as he moved through the busy street with ease.

As soon as the man settled his eyes caught their target and he moved forwards, just as Maks started narrating the fact that he hadn't seen him.

"With anyone but you I am fine."

His blue eyes flickered to his boyfriend. "How have you not ended up with a bullet through your skull yet?"

Alyosha stepped forwards to wrap an arm around their target's shoulder. He smiled down at the man brightly. "Let's go for a nice long walk, yeah?"

Maks just smirked and shrugged his shoulders.

"No idea, looks like I'm just lucky."

He had been shot plenty of times but he only ever got grazed by them, rarely he would get one to his arm or leg.

For someone in their profession and being as unpredictable as he was he had got through his work reasonably unharmed.

The same could not be said for most.

"It would be wise not to cause a scene."

Maks chimed in as he walked slightly behind the two of them, if the man got free of Lyo's grip then he was ready to pounce.

"Let's go to the park. People like the park, right?" Alyosha asked in that fake friendly tone as he led the man leisurely towards the tone.

"You know, you've got some nasty enemies right now." His tone stayed conversational.

The man in his grip was frozen with fear, his legs moving stiffly as he was led away from the public eye.

"I suppose you won't be borrowing money any time soon. Right?"

Maks couldn't help but let out a small chuckle as the man froze.

People gave into fear so easily.

"I don't know of a reason someone wouldn't want to go to the park."

He mused, there was one reason, the park was private and large, you could scream out in there and it would still take people a long time to find you through all those plants.

"Not a good idea to get on the wrong side of people."

Alyosha walked in silence for a few long minutes then.

When he was sure they were thoroughly lost in the park that he came to a stop.

"Speaking of money, you owe us a lot of it. Arkadey was nice and lent you a nice sum. Brother-in-laws like to help each other out in our family."

Alyosha turned his gaze to Maks for a second as he crossed his arms over his chest. Maks was the better people-person here. It may have been better for him to talk.

Though Alyosha was scary. He was good at intimidation.

"But you left your wife recently. Big brother wants his money back."

"He insists on getting his money back, patience is a virtue but he is running out of it."

Maks smirked and stepped around the man slowly.

"Now he isn't unreasonable, he is a very understanding man, chances are you might not have the money at the moment, which is fine.

Perfectly fine."

He replied, his falsely pleasant grin widening.

"However since he can't have his money in cash he is willing to accept alternate means of payment.

Are you aware that the price of organs is getting quite high? It is fortunate for you that I am good at harvesting them.

Brother wants his money, otherwise he is going to have me salvage the cost from you."

Maks gave a sick little grin as he tilted his head and looked at the man, waiting.

Alyosha rolled his eyes heavenward as Maks spoke in that cheerful tone.

Perhaps the younger man wasn't quite so charismatic as he thought he was.

They'd have to switch roles for this one, then. Maks could play sadistic lunatic. Alyosha would make do as friendly ray of hope.

"We don't want that," Alyosha murmured, resting a hand gently on the man's shoulder.

"There are many ways. This is just one of Maks' favourite. You could pay him back a bit at a time."

Maks smirked up at Lyo as he rolled his eyes.

He liked being the mean one sometimes.

Lyo always got to play the bad guy and he was sick of doing these sorts of jobs, they were boring as shit.

"I suppose a payment plan would appease him, what do you say, otherwise we could always go for my plan?"

The man, who had been stood completely still, cowering in absolute fear gave a terrified squeaking noise.

He nodded his head.

Ayosha gave him a friendly pat on his shoulder. "Good. We'll be back on payday."

His friendly smile darkened into a glare. "If you don't have the money..." He trailed off suggestively. A person's mind was their greatest enemy.

"Run along."

The man was running before Alyosha had even finished saying it.

Maks laughed softly as the man ran off, it was always hilarious when they pissed themselves like this.

He looked looked up at Lyo, he knew he was in for it now that they were alone.

"That went well."

He replied and he nodded toward the direction of their apartment.

"Heading home now?"

Alyosha rolled his eyes, his shoulders slumping into a much more natural slouch. On job, Alyosha tried to keep perfect posture. It made him look far more imposing than when he was slouching.

"Would have gone better if you had stuck to plan." The man arched his brow at Maks as he shoved his hands into his pockets and turned back to stroll out of the park and towards his parked bike.

"I'm the best between us for intimidation tactics."

"Being the good guy is so boring."

He replied, rolling his eyes as he followed after Lyo.

"Besides you always get to make people pee themselves."

Maks gave a soft sigh and shook his head.

"Yes, I know," Alyosha grunted.

He damn well knew it was boring. That's why he hated it.

"You can walk back to the apartment," Lyo decided as they approached his bike. He pulled his jacket tighter around him.

"If I'm feeling nice, I might set a drink out for you for when you get back."

He wasn't feeling particularly nice.

"Home is miles from here."

Maks growled as he stared up a Lyo, that's what he got for not riding his own bike here.

Last time he shared one with him again.

If walking home was bad enough it was made worse by the wind and the cold.

"Just let me on the damn bike."

"Better get walking now, then, huh?"

The bike purred to life as Alyosha straddled it and he enjoyed the feeling for a moment before his blue gaze cut to Maks.

"I'd be quick if I were you. News said there's gonna be a snow storm at some point today."

With one last grin, Alyosha hurtled down the road towards home, leaving Maks stood on the snowy pavement with no way to get home bar his own two legs.

Maks' lips pursed as Lyo sped down the road.

As if on queue clouds started to roll in and the sky darkened.

The man swore and started to run toward the apartment.

Half an hour later an exhausted and shivering Maks burst through the door of their apartment, he had snow clinging to his body and his lips were practically purple, he hadn't dressed for a snow storm.

Lyo was sprawled out on the couch with a cigarette in one hand and an open bottle of vodka in the other.

A woman knelt on the floor between his legs, sucking him off and tugging firmly at the bar piercing one of his nipples.

His gaze turned up to Maks as he chugged a mouthful of vodka.

The man grinned widely.

"Enjoy your walk?"

Maks' eyes narrowed as he saw the scene in front of him.

"Fuck you."

He replied peevishly, not only was he freezing but he had missed out on all the fun.

Maks pulled off his snow soaked converse and tossed them at Lyo's head, hard.

He growled and stormed off into the bedroom to get a dry set of clothes.

Lyo ducked and the converse hit the wall, leaving behind a wet print as they dropped to the floor.

"Looks like he's pissed off," Lyo chuckled, looking down at the woman who was still sucking him off firmly.

"Go see him in the bathroom. I'm sure he'll appreciate your attention."

The woman stood up and gave Alyosha a smirk as she stepped around the couch and strode towards the bathroom purposefully. She was dressed in just a pair of lacy black panties and tall heels. Her breasts bounced slightly with each step and her dark hair flew around her.

She licked her red-painted lips as she opened the bedroom door and stepped inside.
