Tuzik had been eager to go find Maccon ever since he had woken up curled up next to Alyosha, once again he had fallen asleep nuzzled in against him, the hound was barely able to keep his eyes open until the end of the movie but had pulled through because he was enjoying it.

Alyosha had insisted that they wait until later in the say and they had ended up spending the day together in the library curled up reading.

It was nearing dinner time when Tuzik got up and tugged on the hem of Alyosha's jeans, whining gently.

"Play?"

He asked, he wanted to go out into the garden and run around for a while before tea time, hoping that he might find Maccon out there once again.

Alyosha was buried in a book when he felt the tug on his jeans.

He peered over the top of the book then up to the window. It was getting a little late. He hadn't even bothered with lunch today because he was so caught up in his book. And still he wasn't all that hungry.

And at the question, he gave a little nod. The perfect way to work up an appetite before dinner.

He closed his book and stood, leaning down to stroke the Hound before strolling towards the door.

"Come on, Tuz. Play time." He turned a little smile to the Hound.

The hound stretched out his body and gave a soft yawn before padding after his Master with a smile.

The library always made him sleepy, he had read through a few books by himself, ones he had read before and then napped for most of the day, the heat from the fireplace making him quite calm.

But now it was time to run around, burn off some energy so that he would be able to sleep at night.

Tuzik practically bounded towards the door that led to the back yard, happy little yips sounding as the door was opened and he could sprint out onto the grass, instantly rolling around on it.

Alyosha followed behind the Hound as he ran.

He was feeling... lazy. As he usually did when he spent an entire day reading. He just wanted to curl up with another book and forget the rest of the world.

But if he did that, he'd probably fall asleep in the library without cooking Tuzik's dinner. It had happened so many times in the past. He had just read for an entire day; no eating, no drinking. He just read.

The Necromancer liked to get lost in his own little world.

His lips curled up as he watched Tuzik roll around in the grass. A brow arched when a large husky bolted towards the Hound, tail wagging behind it.

Tuzik, Tuzik! Maccon gave an excited yap as her tongue lapped out over the Hound's marked skin.

Tuzik barked happily as Maccon came bounding towards him, he whined and rolled over, nuzzling his face up against her muzzle and licking her nose.

Maccon!

He pounced on top of her and growled playfully as he caught her ear in his mouth and gave it a tug.

Come meet my Master, Alyosha came with me today!

He tugged her tail before racing back toward Alyosha and rubbing up against his leg happily.

"This Maccon."

He muttered, looking between Alyosha and Maccon with a smile.

Maccon gave a loud whine when he tugged at her ear, writing under the Hound, a playful growl rumbling in her own chest.

She yelped when her tail was tugged, chasing after Tuzik with a low growl.

When he stopped in front of the tall Rus Maccon pounced on him, taking some of his red hair in her jaws and tugging a little.

Alyosha smiled a little as he watched the two of them play fight. Tuzik had made a friend in someone. That was good.

"Privet, Maccon," the man murmured, crouching to stroke the dog.

She let go of Tuzik's hair, leaning into the gentle stroking.

He growled lowly as she tugged on his hair, trying to sit up as high as he could to make it hard for her to hang on.

Tuzik whined happily when she let go, his back leg coming up to scratch behind his ear.

"Maccon dominus don't like Tuzik."

He muttered, rubbing up against the husky and Alyosha happy that the two of them were getting along.

Alyosha is a wonderful Master, he is trying to hard to teach me how to talk and read.

Dominus. That was easy enough to work out without his book to flick through.

Alyosha scratched behind Maccon's ear and she gave a happy whine at the attention she was receiving. She loved all the attention she could get from anyone she could get it from.

"Why does Maccon's master not like?" he asked the hound curiously.

How could someone not like someone like Tuzik? He was a lovable creature.

Alyosha is a funny name. She hadn't heard anything like it before.

Tuzik chewed on his lip for a moment as he tried to recall what Aodh had said to him.

"Uhh..."

He thought for a moment trying to recall the exact words despite not knowing the meaning.

"Tuzik...missed up in head?"

He repeated, getting it slightly wrong but close enough that Alyosha might understand it, even though he didn't.

The Hound simply hoped that Alyosha didn't get mad, he hated it when he got mad.

Is it? I've not been around a lot of people so I am not familiar with common names.

He replied as he lay out on the grass, scratching his back against it, causing his shirt to ride up his torso.

"Messed up in head, da?"

The husky's owner must not have known about him being a Hell Hound that had just started learning human customs and the English language.

He was annoyed someone had had a go at his dog but he wasn't annoyed enough to lash out.

I've never heard anything like it before and I've heard lost of funny names. There were some strange sounding names in the Irish language. She had heard a lot of them.

He nodded softly as the man spoke, yes that was what he had said.

His smile widened as he looked up at Alyosha, he wasn't mad, that was good, he didn't want to have to not tell the man things out of fear of his anger.

"Don't want Aodh mad at me."

He confessed, he didn't like people being mad at him, he never had and he knew there were some hostilities there.

Tuzik got up and cuddled against Maccon with a happy whine.
"Maccon says, Alyosha funny name."
He replied with a grin spreading across his lips.

Aodh. So that was Maccon's Master's name?

He'd never heard of that name before. He didn't know where it was from. But if Maccon's name was anything to go by, it was of Celtic origin. Alyosha associated Celtic with Irish mostly, though it could have been Scottish or Welsh. He didn't know.

"Alyosha is funny name?" Alyosha was a fairly normal name. A very common name where he was from. A form of an overall very common name. "Alyosha is normal name."

Unlike Aodh before him, Alyosha had no trouble with accepting the fact that Tuzik could speak to dogs. He was a Hound - a type of dog. It was logical for him to be able to speak to the creatures, wasn't it?

Maccon cuddled closer to Tuzik, her tongue lapping over his skin again.

"Alyosha is good name."

He replied, he liked his Master's name, it had taken him a while to learn to pronounce it properly but he liked it and the man it was associated with.

Tuzik smiled when the husky's tongue lapped over his skin, he turned and nuzzled his head under her chin.

"Maccon is friend, we play...not now..."
He hands gestured uselessly as is trying to indicate back, he had forgotten the word for the day before today.

Lyo smiled a little.

"Is good, strong name to live up to." A good, strong name that he hoped he lived up to. he certainly hadn't as a human.

The two canines looked adorable together.

"You play..." His mind clicked at the gesture. "You played yesterday."

But Maccon's Master had given a few rather nasty words and Tuz had left. That would explain why he hadn't looked very happy when he had crawled in last night.

He nodded quickly when the Necromancer finished his sentence, it was hard remembering all these words and he often forgot but could explain around them, this time had been a little more difficult.

"Now we play, then inside?"

He asked, wondering if it was alright for him to run around with his friend. It was slowly getting dark and normally they had to go inside when it was dark but he wanted to stay out here and run around for a while since they were inside all day.

Tuzik gave the Husky's ear a tug before jumping back, a big grin on his face as he barked at the two of them.

The Necromancer nodded.

"Da. Go play." It was nice to see Tuzik playing with others; he wouldn't drag him away from that so soon. Dinner would just be a little late tonight.

Maccon growled playfully, chasing after Tuzik when he jumped back.

She pounced on his, tugging at his hair playfully.

He had bought Maccon out to play but had gotten caught by Giacinto jsut before he left the mansion.

Maccon had run on ahead while he spoke to the Succubus.

Their little meeting had ended in a friendly kiss on the cheek for both parties and a wandering hand groping Aodh. As usual.

"Maccon!" he called out when he finally exited the mansion and wandered onto the grass.

The dog whined softly, looking back at Tuz as she padded towards her Master.

He yapped happily when he was allowed to stay outside and occupied himself by tumbling around on the grass with Maccon, nipping and growling at the husky playfully.

He whined in return as Maccon started walking away, Alyosha said they could keep playing and she had to leave already?

Tuzik shook his head, no, he wanted to keep playing he would just have to go ask Aodh nicely, that normally worked with Alyosha, if he asked nicely and was good, normally it was okay.

The red head padded along a few meters behind the husky as she went over to her Master.

"There you are."

Aodh dropped to his knees to fuss the husky, laughing when she began licking his neck and bare chest.

"Did you miss me while I was talking to Tony, Mac?"

He nuzzled into the husky's grey fur affectionately.

Tuzik stepped forward tentatively, he was hoping this went better than yesterday.

"Aodh..."

He muttered, sitting down on the grass two meters behind the Husky.

"Maccon and Tuzik play for more? Please."

He asked, tilting his head as he looked up at the man through his mop of red hair, trying to be as polite as possible towards the man.

His eyes flickered up when he hard his name and he groaned.

"Not you again. Didn't you get the message the first time? Piss off." He didn't want to deal with what he had yesterday. It had pissed him off and Aeker had to deal with his bad mood.

Aodh gave a soft hiss when Maccon bit at his neck sharply with a low warning growl.

"What?"

I'm sorry, Tuzik. He's still being mean.

"No?"

He asked looking up at the man with large sad eyes, he was trying to be on his best behaviour this week like he had promised Alyosha so that he could go to the bookstore so he wasn't going to growl at him.

The Hound backed away as his eyes flicked over to Maccon, he really thought the man was going to say yes since he had been good but he was wrong.

It's alright, I'll go back and play with Alyosha then.

He muttered as he turned around and dejectedly made his way back to the Necromancer looking quite glum as he curled up on the ground next to him.

A soft whine sounded as he buried his face in against the man's side.

"No play."

He murmured, the words muffled in the fabric of Alyosha's clothes.

Alyosha had sat down when Tuz and Mac had bound off.

His eyes were trained on the setting sun when Tuzik curled up next to him.

"What's wrong?" he asked, eyes turning down to the hound. He almost felt his heart tear out of his chest at the sad look in the Hound's eyes.

"Did Maccon have to go, bud?"

Tuzik shook his head sightly, burying it in against the man's shirt as his arms wrapped around Alyosha's waist.

"Aodh not let Tuzik play with Maccon."

He muttered, he was never going to be able to play with his new friend, her Master didn't like him and didn't want him to be anywhere near the dog.

The hound sniffled softly and he hugged Alyosha tighter, he had been so hopeful this morning that everything was going to go well and it hadn't.

He stroked the Hound's head gently when arms wrapped around his waist.

"Aodh, huh?"

So far he hadn't heard very nice things about this Aodh character. Perhaps he should find him and get this whole mess sorted out.

"Take me to Aodh, Tuz."

The two of them could talk it out and everything will be fine. Hopefully.
