Trick or Treating Preparation

Aurick knew what Fabian wanted to hear him say but he wasn't going to.
The Elf was the only person in the world that he was close to, but kind words were a foreign concept to him, maybe one day, but not tonight.

The Vampire reached over and grasped onto Fabian's hand, holding it as he stood up and moved towards the door.

"Alright then, lets get this over with."
Another year, another Halloween, he just had to grit his teeth and deal with it.

The Elf grinned.

"Come, Bakura, let us go take from the people their delicious sweets!" He was going to enjoy the night far too much.

"Oh! My rod. I can't go anywhere without that. I wouldn't be able to control my Steves to do my bidding."

Fabian disappeared from Rick's side for a moment before returning grasping his rod tightly. He grinned sheepishly up at the Vampire before gripping his hand and pulling him along.

Aurick really didn't eat many sweets, like every year, he would only eat a few and then catch Fabian eagerly eying the rest of them, though he was more than happy giving them all to the Elf.

A smirk appeared on his lips as Fabian ran back to the room.
"It would be a shame to forget your rod, I'm quite a fan of it."
He muttered quietly while the man wasn't around, chuckling softly to himself, Fabian made sexual innuendo so easy.

He shook his head at the Elf as he returned, he was always so forgetful but followed behind him obediently as he was dragged around.

Fabian dragged the Vampire though the halls of the mansion and towards the garage.

There was no way he was going to walk into Catania. He'd much rather take the car down into the city.

He flashed the keys to the Vampire before dragging him to their car, humming excitedly. Not long now and they'd be going around town trick or treating like they did every year.

"Come on, come on, come on," he chanted as he passed the keys over to the vampire and hovered by the passenger door.

He was excited.

"Calm down for heavens sake."
He muttered as he took the keys and unlocked the car, slipping in behind the wheel.

Every year was the same, Fabian got way too excited about trick or treating, it was simply a good thing that they both still looked young otherwise he suspected they would get a lot of awkward glances whilst doing so.

But never aging also meant that they could both do this for as long as they both lived, rather unfortunate for Aurick but very fortunate for Fabian.

He waited for the Elf to get seated and reversed out of the garage before starting down the drive way and towards town.

Fabian clapped and slid into the car.

He clicked his belt into place and leaned back against the seat. The Elf was far too excited on Halloween.

Rick had to deal with this and the sugar high that he'd no doubt get later when he ate the sweets that they had gathered.

He started humming This Is Halloween as his gaze strayed out of the window, watching the trees pass them by as they drove.

Aurick sped down the road, flicking on the radio, as usual they were playing a selection of Halloween inspired songs.
A small smile appeared on his lips, he wondered how the necromancers were spending their evening, this was pretty much their holiday after all.

All Hallows' Eve, it was a festival of the dead after all and no one was more in touch with the dead than the necromancers.

After a few minutes they were pulling into town, everything was lit up and decorated, the humans had really out done themselves.
