| "Aye, you can turn it off."
She shook her head then gave a sigh. Her mind wasn't here at the moment and it was beginning to annoy her.
"Once they're cool, cut a ring around them. Try and stick to the skin layer of the tomato, but if you can't that's fine. The skin should just peel right off."
The Succubus had found that one of the easiest ways of skinning a tomato.

| Taking another sip of the wine, he placed it down beside him before beginning to cut the tomatoes. The fist two he peeled and cut with difficulty chewing his lip and grumbling in frustration. By the third, he figured out the technique, and by the last few he peeled them with ease. Not perfectly, just so they .
Taking another sip of his wine, almost finished with it, he turned to Giacinto, smiling at her again.
"Done."
Sipping his wine again, he looked at the Succubus patiently, waiting for the next set of instructions.

| She looked over the tomatoes with a little grin. "You need to practise that skill a little. But its good for a first try."
The woman bent to pull a large saucepan from a cupboard and set it on the cooker. "Fry the onions first."
She stretched her arms above her head. "Then fry the mince."

| He waved the woman s praise off. "I know, I know."
Turning the stove back on, heating up the pan, he turned to push the onions into the pan. Then paused. Oil.
Setting the onions back back down for a second, he tipped a little of the oil in before going back to putting the onions into the heated pan. A little proud of himself for remembering to put the oil in rather then just stick the onions into the pan.
Stirring them frequently, he gulped the last of his wine, placing the glass next to Giacinto for a refill, smile turning into a fleeting grin before he turned back to the stove.
"Do I take the onions out, or do I put the mince straight in?"

| She arched a brow as he moved to tip the onions in the pan, mouth opening to give him yet more directions.
That he didn't need.
She smiled as he poured some oil into the pan then fried the onions.
The Succubus poured another glass of wine for him when he set the glass in front of her.
"Straight in." | |

| "You know, uncooked meat is really unattractive." He mused, shoving the meat into the pan.
He pushed the meat in the pan it with the wooden spoon, which he orbited from the table, before he began to stir the meat into the onions, listening to the hiss of it cooking.
Leaving the cooker unattended for only a second, he turned to grab he refilled glass. He sipped and looked at it, before setting it down.
"When do we put the wine in it?"

| She shrugged. "Its not that bad." She didn't have much of an opinion on the appearance of uncooked meat. She'd been handling it for four and a half thousand years. She was used to seeing it.
The Succubus watched him as he fried to meat and onions.
"After the mince is brown."

| Richard hummed, diverting his attention away from the mince to look around the kitchen, mind buzzing. Not finding anything of interest he turned back to the mince, eyes brightening when he noticed it was brown within a few minutes.
Turning to the Succubus, while picking up the wine to sip it, he asked: "Now we put the wine in it?"

| "For someone that didn't want to use wine to start with, you're very eager to add it now."
She took the spoon off the younger vampire, pushing the mince and onions around a little before grabbing the bottle of wine. She poured a decent amount in before stepping back.
"Tomatoes now." | |

| He stuck his tongue childishly out at Giacinto, before watching her pour the wine into the pan.
Turning around, he gathered the tomatoes and put them in, grin plastered on his face.
"Smells good."

| She arched a brow.
Dick was acting very childish. He didn't usually act this childish unless he was drunk. But what vampire gets drunk off a couple glasses of wine?
"Yes, it does." She smiled. "Garlic now. And the spices."
