potential new apprentices

Taylor was lounging against the railings, smoking quietly and readjusted her goggles, looking out at the landscape as she awaited the apperance of two potential apprentices

she needed new apprentices for better and more challenging bounties.

Taylor had contacted two potentials

one by the name of Dr Raoul

the other by Hellsing.

one she was curious about, and the other she wanted to make peace with...and they both had a talent that she wanted/needed for her group

she was going to need an elemental and a healer

these two were just that

she had left notes on their beds requesting to meet them after sundown on the roof. somewhere were they weren't goign to be disturbed

she would wait for a while until they appeared, and if they didn't, they obviously weren't interested and so wouldn't bother with them

she needed willing soldiers

but she really would like these two to be in her group

Raoul smiled, a bit pretended to be surprised to get the note in his bedroom. He knew it was coming, and it will be fun too. After not a long time meeting back with Hellsing, he think it's the best way to put two miserable misunderstood creatures to peace (and have fun watching from it). As a healer, or not many known him for the creator of necromancy, he was willing to help even without any money.

Money is a facade thing in his eye. He didn't need it, and most creatures won't be needing it after death.

He pulled Hellsing from his room shelter and just talked a bit, a little push and persuasion ( Raoul's style) to make even Hellsing kneel down. It only works on Hellsing though.

After putting all the stuff he needed, and he needed in the future (that includes some unnecessary stuff) he was ready to go. he took his long stick which he uses for Necromancy and some bags for gathering herbs and a bundle of other stuff to go.

"I remembered we have met, miss Taylor 'Sparrow' Longwood. I'm honored to be a part of your quest~ "He waved his hand.Arrived at the roof for more brief info. He also brought Hellsing with him.

Hellsing was shocked finding the necromancer in his room. Long story short, Raoul entered without permission, creeping him to shreds, and laughed at him for randomly slashed the nearby pillow. after a very long shock theraphy, he managed to find out that the man who creeps him out is none other than Johann, or now called as Raoul.

No wonder...


After a second of creepiness, Hellsing (though unwillingly) joined the hunt. He dislikes the fact that Taylor is leading but at least it would stop Raoul from talking "mysterious enchantments" to his ears.

"Tch! " He cursed.

now he is STUCK here.The prize money was quite tempting though...

Taylor bowed her head to both of the male, thankful that they had come at all

she turned to Raoul first

thank you for actually reading my note. it was the only sure way of contacting you as i wanted to be sure that you wanted to do it and not have me hovering over your shoulder to make you join. i need fully willing apprentices and hunting partners

she then turned to Hellsing and bowed low at the waist, tilting her head to the side to expose her neck slightly in a show of an olive branch of sorts.

my apologies....for my previous actions towards you...i was out of line and my actions uncalled for...but you must understand that my actions were fueled by the fact i had just arrived after a strenuous mission, and had various unknown people appearing randomly with no telling of who was friend or foe. most of my life has been based on snap decisions, and i think i made the wrong one with you....tends to happen with my temper and lack of mental filters. i don't expect you to accept my apology, but i've offered one for you to take. i won't ask much of you other than you listen to what i say when it comes to the bounties. other than that, you don't even have to come into contact with me. but i need an elemental. she said, still in her low bow

she straightened up and looked between them both

now, down to buisiness. i need you two to become a part of my Bounty Hunter Group as we're going to be taking on a 'Cold Bounty'...something that's a very old Bounty and his highly dangerous with an insane bounty reward. i'm talking 158,000,000 euro bounty. my current apprentice, my soon to be Assassin and Intel Gatherer, will be gaining 10% of it...as would you two. bear in mind, 10% of the bounty on this is 15,800,000 euro. that's a tidy sum in itself. the more time you spend with me, the more you advance, and the more trust i put in you, the higher your percentage gets. in about three years time or so you could be earning up to 30% of each bounty, depending on how many people are in my group. so far, i have two for definate...are you two definately joining?

Raoul laughed for a bit before turning to Taylor. "Like I said. I have no interest in this bounty. It'll be an honor to help you since I have some errands along the way as well. this progress may be "fated",yes ?Of course I would like to join~ It would be fun~ Oh, and I must warn you of my gruesome corpse examining habits~ " He grinned.

He nodded once more. It will be fun to go on a little hunt. There are things to count and write, lost of souls to take, and of course, corpses to gather! they needed proper graves too!

"... just get me out of here and I'll pay double for getting rid of Raoul here..." He mumbled. He disliked the fact that he is coming but he didn't want to broke what he said to Raoul about coming as well. he only can curse once in a while hoping to bring bad luck to Raoul along the way.

"Well, yes, thank you for your understanding, Elf! it will be more appreciated if later you will not get into MY way. I accepted your early apology, so our team could be convenient,yes? Fine. I'll be your elemental if you can keep your word." He looked away.

"I'll join, just to keep my word to Raoul...." He nodded to Raoul.

Taylor chuckled and leaned back against the railing once more, crossing her amrs over her chest

thank you, both of you. htat makes my group Five strong, including myself. so you two are aware, i have a Vampire by the name of Jevevieve Gladstone, who i will be training up into an Assassin and Scout. she has all the qualaties i need for that. and i also have Lycan by the name of Zeke Leon. he's a powerful Lone Wolf, and his senses are sharper than any of ours, as is his strength being greater than any of ours. i've tried and tested said strength, and i can saefly say he's a force to be reconed with.

she took a long drag o her cigarette before letting out smoke rings, gathering her thoughts.

right, here's the jist on the Cold Bounty. it's a 'sign up for details' one. however, that just adds to the interest. none the less, i managed to dig up a few minor things about the 'Cold Bounty'. apparently it's here in Italy, part of the reason i came here besides getting some rest and gathering myself. its something to do with a village a few thousand miles south, heading onto the island of Malta. folks from the village disappear...and that there are strange noises and smells coming from the mountains bordering the village. they say it smells like burnt flesh and hair. the Villagers would also find scorched bodies. they would check the bodies and dental records. most of the time it was other villagers...sometimes it was the bodies of the Bounty Hunters that fancied their chance at succeeding. nasty ends....but deserved for their fool-hardyness. TAylor grinned wide, already anticipating the Challeng of it all

the money is insane. we're talking 158,000,000 euro here, as i've explained. it's no longer just effecting that little village. that mountain range is impossible to pass, killing trade routes to many other villages and causing famine and poverty in many places now. hell, it's even beginning to effect the main tourist sights as the rumours and stuff are spreading about all of this to the main cities. it's killing the island....and the price for dealing with this is ever increasing. but i need more folks if we're gonna get good on this deal, which is where you two come in. i have my potetial assassin, my heavy hitter, and myself, a weapons specialist as such, and now i have you two. a Healer and an Elemental

she paused to let it all sink in...this wasn't just any Bounty...this was one where she would have to put these two and Jen through near torturous training and making it as hard as possible for them to prepare them for this.

Doc, i'm gonna need you to fully stock on any medical equipment and practice any healing magic you have. i will either be severely damaging some test subjects for you to heal, or if i've had a brutal training session, i will come to you for healing, for either myself or my trainee. *turns to Hellsing* and as for you, i need you to train in Fire and Water manipulation. i can help you with that. i can already sense that you'll be way better at element manipulation than myself, because of your control. i can help you train in those areas too.

she stopped and looked at both of them

this won't be easy. you will want to bow out at times, but once you've committed and i've began teaching you, you can't bow out without me having to kill you. it's just how it is. what i know is only for my apprentacies and partners to know. if you're neither, you're a kink in the strength of my group because of your knowledge. i will end you if you leave. as for the trainging itself, i will put you through every circle of hell, mentally, physically, and emotionally. you will hate me at times, and want to kill me yourself. you will have to trust me that some of the training i put you though that i won't let you be killed. Bounty Hunting isn't just a Sport. it's a way of life and a very hard one as well. you kill for money. nothing else. and you do as the Leader, my self, says without fail. if you do fail, your life is forfeight. are you really truely certain you want to be a part of this you two? if not, leave now and forget everything i've just told you

as she spoke, it was easier, now, to see the feral and raw energy about her. she was a Hunter through and through, and a good one at that. if she wasn't bound by this place now, Hellsing would have been dead long ago...and you could see the potetial for that possiility

every movement and shift she made made her muscles ripple under her skin, and her eyes were a few shades darker, going nearly black as she quietly smoked on her cigarette

this woman was dangerous behind the near constant grin

Raoul laughed at the seriousness of the Elf. It's really frightening...really. Long lived Elf and all the long lived creatures hunting for a certain "person" maybe. To put it simply, the Elf wanted a test before she needed his assistance ? Hmm... that would be fun. For now, he has a "role" to play as a healer of the group. If he succeed in impressing the Elf. He would guess that he would broke to several shreds if it was a physical training, but thankfully, he's the healer.

He just have to prove that he could heal.He has a doctor and professor license from hundreds of places. It'll be worth, but facing a mysterious creature, maybe it would be best to test his Necromancy strength as well. He invented the term "medicine" in the industrial revolution. He has play so many parts behind the history and he has seen what will come. it was not a hard thing to do, but an exhausting one. Seems like a challenge.

" I will do my best~ " he replied slightly.

..Tch. More work. "Fire and Water,huh ? I could do water cause i have blood control. fire is a new thing for me since it will be based on my stabilized emotion. I tend to not do the fire manipulation unless somebody really demands for it. To be honest, they are not my specialty, I guess I have to train for now... from you.Taylor 'Sparrow' Longwood " he smirked.

well, he will start training then, as soon as possible. keeping a deal with Raoul turned out to be quite a drag, yet quite interesting. He will see what will it leads to now...

Taylor nodded and smiled

good. if you need any aid, in anything at all, simply call for me and i will be there to help you however i can. i may only be around half a century old, but i've spent 90% of my life honing my combat skills and the likes. Hellsing, with the fire manipulation, i can help you. it's not so much the stability of your emotoins, but more your strength of will to manipulate it. as or you Doc, if you ever need subects to practice on, let me know, and i will find someone.

she sighed quietly, closing her eyes momentarily

is there anyhting you need to or want to know? there has to be something with the amount of intel i just dumped on you

she needed everything t be crystal clear and can't have apprentacies second guessing anything

"Subjects!" He exclaimed in joy. He had never touched anymore wounded bodies since... 500 years. This would be very exciting~ He knew it. He will have lots of fun treating people like he used to. " I might need some for the basics but the rest will be up to you~ Oh! I need a basic modern surgery equipment too and some orange colored fruits~ " he laughed.The fruits are for himself, naturally....


Raoul grinned at the Elf. " That was a pleasant information there,miss. Although I know more than I maybe had got so far, actually Hellsing would like to ask you some thing..." He let Hellsing talked a while.

Hellsing shrugged. He hated it when Raoul knows what he wanted and will do. Heck, he didn't mind being helped by the elf unless he is bossed around. He glared at Raoul who seems to took some pleasure in the simple "field trip".

"Fine. What are we actually facing here ? A monster, a beast, undead or A lliving being. I needed a name so I caould visualize what aill I do... " He commented, glaring at both the Elf and the Necromancer with a "you guys made me sick" face.

"I also needed to know it to prepare my weapons. I own and masters a wide range of weapons depending on the situation. "

she rubbed her face and huffed unhappily

that's the thing. i can't get clear information. the Contractors are really calmping down on details and loose ends because they don't want bounty hunters to find out about it and the leave because they think it's too big a job. however, i did manage to interview a few locals before i got here. i got a fucking shitty image, but the look of it is telling me a very large beast. i'm thinking dragon. what type? i don't know. obviously a western. like hell a western dragon would hang about in Malta. they are able to create impossibly hot to be caused by anything less than a dragon or phoenix. *sigh* i personally think it was a dragon egg transported south as something exotic to have. the egg hatched and now it grew up without a mother to raise it. since that's happened, i think it'snow become feral, and can't be helped now. it's feral. it needs to be dealt with. this hide alone from killing this thing can give us an extra bit of money on top of the bounty. and the meat and other bits can be useful as well. i have plans for the dragon once it's dealt with.

she rubbed her face and then crossed her arms over her chest

[color:7d4a=roya;blue]anything else? this Dragon, i don't know specifically what type of dragon, but its not form the far north due to the lack of horns. i'm thinking a latin dragon possibly. it's a rather fluid looking dragon, and seems to be quick. we'll definitely need speed to get it cornered, and then i can have my heavy hitter get in

Oh... a flat face appeared in Hellsing's face. Just a regular, maybe big dragon. It was less scary than what he had imagined since he ever tried fighting one of God's men. Glaring once more at Raoul, then thought for a moment. Hunting a dragon ?A beast ? Sounded much like an Elf.

"Fine. Ithink I'll tag along. For now, we are comrades,yes ? A pleasure working with you..." He smirked. It is very rare to see Hellsing offering his hand to another, but this means business. He did that often in business.

He looked at Raoul, just laughing while waving away from the crowd. Tch!
