She whimpered again and dropped down onto her stomach, resting her head on her paws and looking up at him with sad blue eyes. He didnt want to play with her...

Her tail tucked against her hind leg and her ears pinned back against her head.

Aodh pursed his lips as he watched his girl whimper and cry silently for a minute before his silver eyes slid up to Jace. "She wants to play chase. She's been trying to get you to chase her for quite a while."

PostSubject: Re: Nothing To Do   Nothing To Do - Page 2 EmptyTue May 08, 2012 9:10 am

Jason crawled on his belly over to the husky to pet her soft black and grey fur. Scratching behind her pinned back ear, he felt his heart split into two again as she cried out.

Jason perked up as he was told what Maccon wanted, and he beamed at Aodh in a thankful manner. He was about to do what the husky wished, sitting up to play with her, until he paused mid thought.

He grinned again, a bit stupidly. "Okay, this will either go; A - terribly, and I might be ripped to shreds, B - everything will be a okay, or at least I get out unharmed, or C - you both rip me to shreds." While the last one was spoken in a joking manner, he was still a bit wary He had not encounter a Lycan before, and if so, briefly.

Easily, he slipped into his cat form - small and tiny, but agile and fast. Wasting no time, he popped out of his sleeve and scrambled up to the first branch of the tree. He did not want any chance of option A or C happening after all - testing to see what reaction Maccon had. Not only that, his sisters dog loved cats... To an... Uncomfortable point. While he hoped that Maccon did not participially hate cats, he hoped she did not love him to that extent, either. (He shivered a little, thankful for his sister to intervene when she did.)

Her ears dropped further as he moved to stroke her. If she was going to guilt him into play with her, she was going to do it right.

When he sat up, she lifted her head from her paws hopefully. Did he want to play with her yet? Was he gonna play?

"Not played with the big boys before, kid?" Aodh grinned and chuckled, hands dropping to the button and sipper of his tripp pants.

In a matter of moments he was bare and had shifted into a wolf.

Contrary to popular belief, it didn't have to be a full moon for wolves to shift. They could do so on any night but the new moon. They were just a lot more powerful come the full moon.

As a wolf, Aodh stood taller than Maccon by a number of inches. His coat was black and his silver eyes reflected the moonlight eerily.

Both canines paused and stared after the cat as it darted across the lawn and up a tree. Cat...? No wonder he thought he was going to get torn to shreds.

But the vampire had nothing to worry about. Aodh had had shifter cats as lovers before. He and Maccon had no such prejudices against felines.

And so when the shock wore off, Maccon belted towards the tree Jace had climbed, yipping happily. Yay, he was playing with her~

Jason was a little surprised when he saw Aodh shifting into a wolf form, believing those myths of 'they can only transform on a full moon'. He was not one for books and other resources, after all, so he did not take his time to research the subject. Quickly shaking off the surprise, along with a moments happiness that it did not seem that he was about to be ripped and torn to shreds, he twitched his tail and watched in curiosity as the dog barked up the tree.

He would of given the dog a Cheshire cat grin as he bent down low on his front legs. With careful timing, he stretched down to bat at the dogs nose in a playful manner, before jumping onto the husky's back and darting up onto a ledge.

His tail swished teasingly as he padded across the windows ledge, planing his next move while he watched the Lycan and husky with interest.

Maccon sneezed when Jace batted her nose and lifted a paw to brush against her nose, her maw wrinkling. Her nose was sensitive.

She yelped and span quickly when the vampire jumped onto her back and then up onto the ledge.

Aodh brushed against her side, watching Jace with keen silver eyes. Both dogs knew that if they jumped at the cat now, they'd end up a nice splat against the window.

And they were both pretty patient. They'd wait him out and then give chase.

Both of their tails began swaying slowly, speeding up gradually until they were wagging ferociously.

Jason purred at just how adorable they both were. It took quiet a bit of will power not to just slip right back into his humanised form and snuggle them both 'till the cows come home.

Resisting temptation, he took in his surroundings. Realising he was trapped slightly, he twitched his tail in annoyance at his disadvantage. As this was game of chase, not wait-for-them-to-go-away, he could not just wonder up the building or take an easy option, since were was the fun in that? Rather, he had to take chances.

He turned to look at the second nearest tree, twitching his ear as he judged how far it was.

Wasting no time he scrambled under them, and headed to the new tree in a straight line - jumping over, or ducking under any obstacles standing in the way of his destination.

Both canines yipped and gave chase when Jace slipped between their paws and darted across the lawn again.

Maccon's tongue lolled out of her mouth as she ran after the cat.

Aodh, however, ducked his head low and sped up. He knew cats, as a rule, had pretty low stamina. If he kept playing chase; speeding up then slowing down just to speed up again, he'd catch Jace pretty quickly.

The two dogs jumped clumsily over all the obstacles. Being just under and just over a metre tall, they weren't going to be able to fit through the gaps the cat they were chasing could.

Nothing To Do - Page 2 Empty
PostSubject: Re: Nothing To Do   Nothing To Do - Page 2 EmptyWed May 09, 2012 4:09 am

Jason could of almost grinned at his achievement as he clambered up the tree.

Tail swishing in victory, he strolled along the branches, watching both Maccon and Aodh with keen eyes. With ease, he jumped down from branch to wall, prowling along it while his long tail twitched.

It was a low wall, if they tried to jump up, they could probably get his tail. But it was narrow, so they could not jump up onto the wall with him.

He continued to survey the garden, sitting at the end of the wall. Looking around him, he was stumped again. He turned his green eyes down at the balls of energy, he could already see this as a bit fruitless. There was two of them, both bigger, and had more energy. If this was not just a game, he would not of been running around in circles.

Mentally humming, the looked to the other side of the wall: a large field. Probably used to keep animals in, judging by the fences.

Well, this was just a game.

He stretched and jumped onto the field side of the wall, darting along the short grass it to the forest - were he would have an advantage. The only problem it was a large field, so he hoped they did not catch up any time soon.
